Whisky barrel aged raspberry and cherry dark chocolate truffle imperial stout. Powerful notes of tart raspberries and sour cherries lead the way busting through the decedent dark chocolate bitterness, delicately roasted coffee notes and lightest hints of tobacco leaves. Thick and heavy bodied with a viciously smooth and oily mouthfeel all aided by the lowest of carbonation levels. An omnipresence of higher alcohols divulge a welcoming warmth with each encounter, from punchy sweet sherry to subtle vanilla and honeyed notes of whisky. All balanced alongside a moreishly satisfying salty umami flavour.

Soft and fruity rye pale ale brewed with a complex multigrain malt bill with Ekuanot and Amarillo hops. Aromas of pithy orange, papaya and marmalade with a dry, slightly spicy finish from the rye malt. Like many people we were shocked and saddened by the felling of the tree at Sycamore Gap on Hadrian's Wall. We decided to channel our feelings into positive action. 100% of the profits from this beer will be donated to the Woodland Trust to plant new trees.
