Breweries often used to hold back their extra special bitter for the Directors or Chairman, but we think everyone should enjoy the very best. Named in honour of John Lees, it's a colourful, well-balanced and full-bodied premium bitter, with a nutty finish. Our recipe makes use of ale and crystal malt, and Pilgrim and Golding hops. The result is a beer with nothing held back, fit for the good man himself.
An award-winning light ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. Brewed with plenty of malt to provide decent body, so it has some backbone for a low ABV beer. There's also a pronounced bitterness throughout.
A DDH pale, packed full of Citra and Mosaic hops, giving juicy mango, guava, passionfruit and pineapple, and citrus, with a hint of blueberry. Brewed to a gluten free recipe.
The original Bristol Milk Stout with smooth chocolatey sweetness and balancing coffee bitterness with hints of dark fruits. This award winning national champion stout is a beautifully creamy, full-bodied stout.
Inspired by one of our favourite desserts, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake takes indulgence to the next level. Decadent layers of white chocolate meet raspberry tartness to create an intense flavour combination. The addition of creamy vanilla and lactose creates a rich, thick mouthfeel, all resting on a delicate sour base. Collaboration with S43 Brewery.
A pale ale brewed with Ella and Hallertau Blanc hops. The beer is bursting with crisp flavours of Sauvignon blanc grapes and early August gooseberries.
A still medium perry made from real perry pears. We use varieties such as Thorn and Blakeney Red to get the right blend of acidity, sweetness and floral notes. Like all our perries the pears are picked by us in orchards we help preserve from around Gloucestershire. All the orchards we pick from are proper traditional orchards and none of them are sprayed with chemicals.
Our original full juice, still, artisan cider. Smooth and reminiscent of marmalade. Made with a blend of 11 varieties of cider apples all grown at our Cider Farm located in the wilds of West Dorset. Certified Organic. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
One of those simple but complex blends thanks to the two heavy lifters of the cider world. Full bodied, full flavoured, with a balance of around 80% Dabinett and 20% Foxwhelp makes this a fiery blend with heavy tannins offsetting the sharp acidity of Foxwhelp.
This cider celebrates the connection between our orchards and hometown in the Weald of Kent. A beautifully balanced, bright and floral medium still cider.
Gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves this really is like apple pie in a glass! Can also be warmed up as a mulled cider.
Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
The Yarlington Mill Cider is 95% Yarlington Mill and 5% Foxwhelp Cider has been added for acidity. Classic earthy yet floral aromatics with pushy ripe apple and spice taste. Blend of barrel and tank cider inn this blend. Please note the ABV for this cider varies with each batch.
A medium-dry full bodied cider, packed with soft rich tannins and tangy crisp apple notes. Four classic Kentish cooking and eating apples have been blended with two Sussex grown traditional West Country cider apples to create a more complex and earthy cider.
Still, light, crisp cider with high acidity and low sweetness.
Cloudy farmhouse cider with bold caramel sweetness. This crowd pleaser is our favourite easy drinker.
The perfect blend of complexity, character and body. Made with a mix of Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey, Michelin and Yarlington Mill apples, this cider is medium, mellow and sparkling.
