An IPA showcasing one of our favourite hops; Idaho-7! Extra pale, flaked oats and chit make up the grist, whilst the Idaho-7 hops bring their characteristic stone fruit, sticky pine and juicy aromatics.
A classic English best bitter, copper in colour. Whole leaf Boadicea hops for flavour and the definitive aroma of East Kent Goldings. Still the same recipe as our first ever brew.
The hop hit of a US IPA, with the sessionability of a classic UK pale ale. Centennial, Mosaic and Comet hops dominate this beer, contributing a big tangerine aroma and long, quenching citrus pith flavour which goes on and on and on.
Our multiple award winning coffee and vanilla porter. Not at all shy on flavour but beautifully balanced.
A fresh, zesty, aromatic pale ale brewed with malted barley, a little wheat, and Amarillo and Citra hops from the West Coast of the USA. The British ale tradition collides head first with the best of the US craft beer movement, resulting in an incredibly drinkable Pale Ale with tonnes of US hop aroma and flavour.
Alex likes his cider dry, so he makes it dry. That said his dry farmhouse cider is never 'rough', but always complex on the palate and deeply refreshing. Bollhayes is made from a blend of traditional Devon cider apples and matured in oak barrels to create a mellow, seasoned cider. Please note ABV may vary between batches.
A still, single varietal cider made with Dabinett apples.
This Kingston Black/Stoke Red cider is a 50/50 blend of the 2 most well known bittersharp cider varietals. Unsurprisingly some nice tangy acidity to balance the residual fruity sweetness plays over a surprisingly soft spicy apple with hints of elderflower and rose petal.
Cloudy farmhouse cider with bold caramel sweetness. This crowd pleaser is our favourite easy drinker.
Beautifully fruity medium sweet draught Perry, blended from the best Perry pears of the 2019 harvest.
Gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves this really is like apple pie in a glass! Can also be warmed up as a mulled cider.
