This Best Bitter Ale is our warm welcome to Autumn. A base of Pils malt teams up with Caramalt, a touch of Belgian "Special B" and 50% Munich malt gives a continental slant to this traditional English style. Biscuity and light-amber, bitter, piney and citrusy from a blend of East Kent Goldings, Cascade and Chinook hops - full-bodied and robust.
A feisty India Pale Ale created with the refreshing dual purpose Galaxy hop for flavours of passionfruit and citrus. Please note that the ABV varies for this beer but the recipe is the same.

A medium dry cider crafted from a rich blend of heritage cider apples grown, pressed and fermented at Woolton Farm in Kent. We have matured this cider a little bit longer, giving lovely supple and rounded tannins, balanced against a touch of sweetness, ripe red apple and a long complex finish.
Made from a blend of cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Harry Masters, Gasping Goose is a well-balanced, golden, medium-bodied cider. The “Goose” is crafted from organic apples grown to Soil Association standards in Newton Court Farm’s orchards, resulting in an easy-to-drink cider, perfect for any season.
