A medium cider made with a blend of cider apples (Yarlington Mill plus Ball’s Bittersweet, a bit of Dabinett and Brown’s) the cider is tannic but quaffable, with hints of nuttiness.
A blend of 6 varieties from our 2022 harvest primarily Herefordshire and Somerset Redstreaks and Vilberie. The relative gentle flavours of Herefordshire and Somerset Redstreak apples are balanced by the more robust Vilberie tannins. The result is a well balanced easy drinking medium cider with mild acidity and tannins.
