Sweet and bitter rich cream stout.
Our IPA is inspired by those from the West Coast of America. Brewed in London with British malt and American hops (Summit, Ekuanot and Enigma), it is dank, resinous and fruit forward. Store cold and drink fresh.
Light golden, with a distinctive hoppy aroma and crisp clean bitter finish. Smooth, light and refreshing.
A very refreshing, easy drinking Orkney light ale. Hopped with American and Polish hops early and late in the copper. Our old school session beer.
Spontaneously fermented golden rye beer. Fermented in oak barrels. Blend of 4, 3, and 2 year old barrels.
A tropical pale ale with heavy doses of citrussy Simcoe to get lips hopping. A delicate drop of Citra BBC to start mouths skipping, and enough juice all round to leave you jumping through to the soft bitter finish. Vegan friendly.
With a sharp tang from the Bramleys, deeper body from the Russets and a sweeter note from the Discoverys, next time you're at the Cider Bar you won't be Undecider'd This is a naturally strong medium blend with an initial sharpness followed by a good body and a hint of sweetness. Kent CAMRA Cider of the year 2019!
Single variety apple blend using Browns apple, rich and fruity, with a crisp and refreshing finish.
Layered, complex cider that features five different apple varieties selected from three different vintages. Our Grand Cuvee, this bold, characterful dry cider that has everything. An aromatic invitation of honeyed fruit, leading into a full bodies cider. Browns Apple and Sweet Coppin provide fresh fruit, gentle strawberry and lemon, and then Major adds an earthy, phenolic fullness. Capped off by a three year matured Ashton Bitter contributing a fine, structured finish.
The Yarlington Mill Cider is 95% Yarlington Mill and 5% Foxwhelp Cider has been added for acidity. Classic earthy yet floral aromatics with pushy ripe apple and spice taste. Blend of barrel and tank cider inn this blend. Please note the ABV for this cider varies with each batch.
This cider celebrates the connection between our orchards and hometown in the Weald of Kent. A beautifully balanced, bright and floral medium still cider.
Made with 100% Perry pears grown in Somerset producing a very light easy drinking Perry.
Luke's very first foray into the distinguished and somewhat mercurial Kingston Black variety. Return of the Kingston is all soft citrus on the nose with strawberry notes coming though, this continues onto the pallet, with little to no tannin, lovely balanced acidity, this is a dangerously easy drinker!
Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.
Gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves this really is like apple pie in a glass! Can also be warmed up as a mulled cider.
Naturally sparkling, pure juice, wild fermented, single variety Dabinett cider from 2023. A glorious dry cider that balances the classic full bodied tannins of Dabinett with the vintage character from that colder, wetter year - more peaches, nectarine and melon than the vivid bitter orange of previous years. Amazingly sessionable cider for us that has become a new flagship.
Refreshing and crisp medium sparkling cider. A perfect everyday cider with balanced sharpness and sweetness to quench your thirst.
