Complex red rye ale featuring Columbus, Chinook and Simcoe hops. Aromas and flavours of dark cherries, raisins, dates and spiced plum with a hoppy bite and dry finish.
A classic recipe from 2005. A well hopped retro American pale ale. Collaboration with Evening Star and Rob Jones.
A multi-award winner, this is an elegantly dark, chocolatey oatmeal stout. Rich and smooth, with a bitter-coffee finish and creamy mouthfeel.
A balanced pale ale that blends the light floral notes of Boadicea hops, the crisp citrus character of Pioneer hops with a mild malt flavouring, harmoniously combining an all British line-up of ingredients. Light floral notes reminiscent of blossoms, providing a gentle sweetness with mild citrus aromas and character. This pale ale evokes the essence of a sun-drenched valley, light-bodied and rounded, making this pale ale a sessionable beer for any occasion.
An English Trappist ale, mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.
A recipe from the Barclay Perkins archive. The Imperial Brown Stouts developed into what became known as the Russian Imperial Stouts. The beer is black, not brown and is not a beast of a beer, despite the abv. It is round and smooth. Gentle. Well behaved. You could introduce it happily to your mother-in-law. All cream and chocolate after the cocoa aroma, then leading to dark fruits, dried fruits, raisin, fig, prune. Even plum. Some sour berries. And the longest finish of herbal bitterness, with hints of lightly roasted coffee.
A modern classic, hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo. Inspired by poolside afternoons amongst the pines.
A well balanced perry with subtle honey notes. Produeced from super ripe Comice pears.
This cider celebrates the connection between our orchards and hometown in the Weald of Kent. A beautifully balanced, bright and floral medium still cider.

A full flavoured dry Somerset farmhouse cider made with Harry Masters Jersey and Nehou apples.
A strong medium single variety cider made from Dabinett cider apples, robust and full bodied.
A fruity, hazy medium cider that combines the old and new. The luxurious and endless tannins of our 2022 harvest Dabinett have been given time to smooth out and relax, and then reinvigorated by blending in an equal share of young, apple-y cider from 2023. Redstreak and Browns always combine to make something soft and juicy, with the Browns offering gentle red fruit acidity and the Somerset medium bodies tannins. A complete cider.
Gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves this really is like apple pie in a glass! Can also be warmed up as a mulled cider.
A single-orchard cider pressed from a blend of the best Redstreak and Dabinett apples grown at Perry's Knowles St. Giles orchard located five minutes away from the farm (by tractor). The resulting cider is a fruity, expressing both apple varieties in its well-balanced sweetness.
A super limited edition medium dry cider. A three way blend of three different vintages, 2022 Discovery, 2023 Discovery and Russet ciders, and fresh pressed 2024 Bramley juice.
A dry sparkling cider. Fruity apple and a gentle sour tang with a lively sparkle.
