Medium dry and still perry made from Perry pears from Hereford and Gloucestershire. It's all zesty lemon sherbet on the nose with some delicate floral notes coming through. To taste boiled sweets lead the way, balanced acidity; with a smooth and unctuous texture giving weight and roundness to the mouth feel.

A dry perry, fruity aroma on the nose, leads to a the soft taste of red pear followed by the grapefruit acidity of high pear with a tangy mouth watering finish.

A hazy medium-dry cider with the addition of West Country Dabinett to a blend of Cox and Bramley. This cider has a tannic flavour.
