To celebrate the 5000th brew in our current brewhouse, this is a stronger version of our ever-popular Treacle Stout. A strong, smooth and robust stout flavoured with roasted and chocolate malts, bitterness is moderate, and aromas of citrus may be detected due to a late kettle addition of Cascade hops.
A well-balanced, genuine Yorkshire Bitter, with a full measure of maltiness and hoppy aroma. Boltmaker is first choice for the discerning drinker - on both sides of the Pennines.

For this juicy and tropical IPA we have thrown an abundance of Mosaic and El Dorado hops into a firm malt base and we think the results are rather good. With characteristics of stone fruit, pear, water melon and vibrant berry flavours this IPA is set to be another crowd pleaser.
The most traditional of ales. Three oak vats held the base beer for over four years where it developed a gentle brettanomyces and succulent marmalade character. A fresh beer was then brewed specifically to blend with it to bring a youthful frivolity to the table.
British raspberries macerated with a blend of barrel aged and fresh saison at 200g/l. Please note that the ABV varies from batch to batch but is usually between 4.5-5.5%.
A single-orchard cider pressed from a blend of the best Redstreak and Dabinett apples grown at Perry's Knowles St. Giles orchard located five minutes away from the farm (by tractor). The resulting cider is a fruity, expressing both apple varieties in its well-balanced sweetness.
A single variety draught option, Major is an early season bittersweet apple with recognisable character. Earthy, phenolic and with a big body, Major is one of our favourite varieties. Biennial for us, we only get enough Major every other year to produce cider from our trees. When it is available, it's always drunk quickly!

True to its name, this medium sweet cider has in origins in orchards below Glastonbury Tor. Easy on the palate, this is a true session cider with light effervescence and lemony tones.
