A rustic pale ale with Maris Otter, spelt, raw wheat and rye. Perle and Spalt Select in the boil and a huge amount of Hukins Goldings in the hop back. Pithy citrus notes of grapefruit and orange with a peppery note. Collaboration with Ideal Day. Vegan friendly.

Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

A sensational single variety Dabinett from the cool, rainy 2023 season. The vintage is a more mellow, tropical take on Dabinett than hotter years. The cider is soft and juicy, with gentle flavour and a very drinkable quality. Still recognisably Dabinett with good tannic structure, but more like apricot than bitter orange fruit character. Delicious!

A medium dry dual-blend perry of the relatively rare Brandy and Winnal's Longdon varieties from the 2025 harvest season. Picked from Mark and Lisa's lovely orchard in Stanhoe, North Norfolk. The scorching hot summer from that year has produced a perry with a naturally high ABV and big, bold, fruity flavours.
