We adore Simcoe hops! An extra pale malt base sets the stage for this amazing hop to shine in all it's glory. Intense resinous pine, gorgeous passion fruit and a long lasting bitter finish await the drinker.
A very clean flaxen coloured beer with wonderful thirst quenching properties. The subtle blend of aroma and bittering hops gives a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness. Gluten free.
Our easy-drinking, delicious pale ale. A blend of Pils malt, light caramalt and oats form the base of this beer, which is balanced by a blend of Citra, Ekuanot and El Dorado hops - peachy, citrusy and superbly balanced. Absolutely lush! Vegan friendly.
Chocolate brownie session stout. Brewed with 9 different malts and boiled for over 3 hours to create a thick chocolately base beer with notes of coffee, caramel with a subtle nuttiness. Vanilla and chocolate were added during conditioning to replicate a chocolate brownie. Vegan friendly.

A combination of a range of bittersweet apples has created a soft, moreish cider. Dabinett, Ball's Bittersweet, Bisquet, Ellis Bitter, Ashton Brown Jersey, Harry Masters Jersey, Bulmer's Norman and a few more for good measure all meld in this cider into a single gentle flavour across the palate. With just a hint of barrel, this is an approachable and accessible dry cider.
Gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves this really is like apple pie in a glass! Can also be warmed up as a mulled cider.
Naturally sparkling, live, keg-fermented full-juice medium/dry perry. Single variety, made only from handpicked, unsprayed Thorn pears.
