Our West Coast style IPA brewed using cassava. Hopped with three beautiful South African hops; Southern Aroma, Southern Passion and African Queen. Our IPA offers a perfect balance of unique flavours, aromas and delicious bitterness.
For this beer, we have used some Chit Malt for the very first time, which creates a more luxurious mouthfeel and greater foam stability, providing the perfect foundations for the huge hop additions. Pandora's Box overflows with a kaleidoscopic range of tropical fruit flavours, with highlights of lemon, lychee and mango throughout! Collaboration with Neon Raptor Brewing.

Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
A New England Session Ale, perfect for summer! We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Amarillo hops, creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. It drinks beautifully, with just a light bitterness to keep it balanced.

Made from apples of a single year's harvest, all sourced from within 50 miles of our cider mill in Herefordshire. This draught cider is bright golden in colour, and slowly matured to ensure a rich and characterful aroma. A refreshing medium-dry, sparkling cider that is smooth and rounded in flavour.
We love brewing West Coast IPAs and appreciate how well they work in beautifully conditioned cask beer. Rattlesnake is a great example of this and it’s absolutely packed with classic hops from the USA, the aroma is all grapefruit and pine leading to a fantastic display of flavour across the palate with lemon, melon and lychee all coming to the fore. It's perfectly balanced with a malty sweetness in the body, and a refreshing bitter bite to finish.

Having become accustomed to the unique characteristics of the Idaho 7 hop, we agreed those pink grapefruit, apricot, and mango notes are best served in an easygoing, smashable pale ale. With a gentle 25kg dry hop charge offset by a 10kg addition in the whirlpool, this beer has all the qualities of a juicy, hop forward beer, with those underlying earthy black tea and pine needle notes to keep it positively Polly's.
This West Coast IPA opens with a tantalising bouquet of grapefruit and mango, followed by lemon and stone fruit across the palate. The mouthfeel is well rounded with a classic bitter West Coast finish. Collaboration with Brew York.
