We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
A blonde beer whose fruity flavours are countered by spicy undertones courtesy of the blend of hops.
Brewed using Fawcett's Best Maris Otter pale ale barley and hopped in the copper with Citra hops, then dry hopped in the fermenter with even more Citra. It's a belter of a pint, full of citrus aroma and taste, leaving a long finish, and definitely moreish. Celebrating our 1000th brew.
