A DDH IPA with Bru-1 three ways. US hop power with a serious triple threat pineapple twist: T90 hits early in the kettle providing that depth of citrus and bitterness. Spectrum follows up during fermentation, this liquid hop gold needs 24 hours ahead of dry-hopping to add the thiolised pineapple and green fruit energy. Taking the final turn and across the line is Bru-1 Lupomax, a cryo dream with low bitterness full-throttle fresh energy.
Introducing our new, Double dry-hopped, cask US IPA featuring Falconer's Flight which has distinct tropical, floral, lemon and grapefruit flavours. A big, bitter beer with punchy IPA characteristics. We've not gone for the usual rich goldeny hue of an IPA but given it the uber pale treatment.
A premium strength European IPA brewed from pale, wheat and a small quantity of German beech-smoked malt. The smoked malt imparts a subtle but distinctive aroma, which does not overpower the hops.
