Chocolate and marshmallow milk stout is the game and Smores is the name. Inspired by the American campfire snack of the same name. Honey malt and flaked oats give the biscuity notes of a traditional graham cracker, whilst a combination of 8 malts provide a deep and robust dark chocolate character which is backed up with an addition of cacao nibs in the fermenter. Lactose gives the beer a sweet and thick mouthfeel whilst combining with vanilla pods in the later stages of fermentation to give the finished marshmallowy effect. Contains lactose.

Blended from two batches of golden sour beer aged on 400 kg of local Scottish blueberries, in addition to 10 kg of Nigerian hibiscus and 4 kg of Tanzanian vanilla. Brewed with Golden Promise pale malt, wheat, and locally grown oats, the beer was fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured using our house culture. The result is a balance of sweetness and acidity, offering notes of blueberry cobbler, berry leaf tea, vanilla, Parma Violets, and ripe stone fruit. Vegan friendly.

Our classic export strength brown porter recipe, brewed with a mixture Simpsons double roasted crystal, red crystal rye and amber malts was conditioned on 150kg date syrup. Fermented with a kveik yeast producing additional dark fruit flavours. Layers of dark rich fruit from the malt, yeast and fruit combine to produce a complex yet drinkable porter. Vegan friendly.

A house style pale ale featuring an all star combination of hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops from the Moutere Valley in New Zealand. Backed up by an appropriate amount of hand selected Citra, we get waves of juicy limes, passionfruit and tropical funk. Vegan friendly.

This milk stout pours midnight-black with a velvety tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow and roasted peanuts rise gently, wrapped in soft lactose sweetness. Aging on charred American oak lends notes of vanilla, caramel and a touch of smoke, like a campfire beginning to glow.
