A full-bodied, deep golden brown beer, Jail Ale has a well-rounded flavour and a rich, moreish aftertaste. We're proud to have achieved many top awards with Jail Ale in the Premium Bitter categories at numerous beer festivals.
An IPA hopped with Olicana. Rich golden in colour with tropical fruit flavours and aromas including mango, grapefruit and passion fruit.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
A refreshing golden ale, easy drinking beer with a lovely dry and bitter finish.
A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.
A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
This is the very first cider I produced. Giving you the dry refreshing taste and velvety tones of cider made in the traditional way, best served icecold, after a hard days work or on one of those longingly wanted hot summer days.
A traditional North-Eastern brown ale. The full, welcoming aroma leads to a good balance of ripe grain and spicy hops in the flavour, resulting in a long, bittersweet finish.
A pale ale using UK hop Harlequin from Charles Faram's hop development programme. Harlequin is a dual purpose bittering and aroma hop which produces tropical fruit flavours including passion fruit, peach and pineapple.
A single hopped pale ale brewed only with the very popular American Mosaic hop. The Mosaic hops used are named in honour of the assortment of flavours and aromas that the hop is capable of presenting, including blueberry, tangerine, papaya and bubble gum.
