A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.
Pale golden ale with citrus fruit aromas. Mouth-watering flavours of grapefruit and peach, lead to a crisp bitter zesty finish, to be enjoyed time and time again. Brewed with Citra, El-Dorado and Cascade hops.
This pale copper IPA has intense citrus and piney aromas, tropical fruit then spicy flavours, lasting zesty mouth watering bitterness. Hops: Cascade, Ekuanot and Simcoe.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
