A double dry hopped pale ale with a medium body. It has Columbus and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool before being double dry-hopped with Citra.
Our house session pale, light, bitter, zesty with Citra, Centennial and Chinook hops.
Full bodied stout infused with Irish Coffee flavouring post fermentation.
This classic Yorkshire Bitter carefully blends five Yorkshire malts with two English hops. Broodingly dark and toasted, it combines floral and berry notes in a uniquely rich recipe that blends rewarding complexity with easy drinkability.
Pale, mega hoppy and ABV in the high 5% area, hence the creatively titled High Fives was born. Using exclusively NZ hops Chinook, Pacific Jade, Kohatu and Wakatu, this IPA meets the brief and more.
A straight up, no fuss imperial stout. A tickling of Nelson during the boil and then again at flameout gives the beer a decent amount of bitterness, but we’ve let the malt firmly do the talking with this beer. Roasted coffee, dark fruits, and chocolate are bursting from this stout.
The orchard apples are a mix of Herefordshires finest. We have used a blend of real cider apples, bitter sharps and bitter sweets to which are added some desert varieties to make a zesty medium dry and very refreshing cider.
A dry cider crafted from the perfect mix of crisp and tart apples for an instant, fresh apple taste, Orchard Thieves really cuts through and instantly refreshes.
A big oatshake IPA! This is a fantastically balanced beer, beginning with a tropical hop hit delivering aromas of pineapple and mango. The mouthfeel is sumptuous, with notes of papaya and a touch of hop bitterness, before a silky smooth finish. Hops: Citra, Hallertau Blanc, Galaxy and Enigma.
Three different layers of chocolate added at various stages of the brew along with some rich, dark malts create a really indulgent dessert stout. We've decorated this one with some milk sugar and French vanilla to create that moreish profiterole flavour. Contains lactose.
Fore! We've gone big, took a swing and putt a lot of thought into this one. This NEIPA lands right on the fairway of your tastebuds with lots of citrus from the Idaho 7, followed by the delicious punchy mango and pineapple to finish off the round brilliantly. A hole in one.
A light, bitter, zesty IPA. Simcoe single hopped with a tropical character.
This beer is an exact clone and pays homage to the first ever all grain beer that Wilde Child's owner produced on a homebrew scale back in 2011. A simple grain bill of pale and wheat malts backed up by the winning combination of Cascade and Citra hops equal one perfectly sessionable beverage.
Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
