Gold coloured beer with a pleasant lemon, white grape and slightly bready nose. Taste reflects the nose with some astringency as the hops kick in.

Brewed in honour of the mascot of the now defunct Staffordshire Regiment and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at the Brewery tap, until his death in June 1998, but never drank on duty. Hops used are Challenger.
This is a dark strong malty ale with a touch of sweetness. The hops include Goldings but the malts are dominant in the taste.
