A sumptuous mini milk stout. We use a carefully curated selection of dark malts for a rounded roastiness with alluring hints of chocolate and coffee. The mouthfeel is opulent and silky smooth with a light caramel sweetness in the finish. Contains lactose.
In the same way the Italian Pils style was created (inspired by English brewers dry-hopping in cask), here we're dry-hopping a traditional best bitter recipe with German hops. Very fortunately, we're also able to source those hops directly from the same farm that supplies the iconic Tipopils. Best Bitter, but not as you know it! Collaboration with Birrificio Italiano.
A truly sessionable beer that allows you to enjoy all the flavours and body of an IPA. Bags of tropical fruit aromas, pineapple, tangerine, guava and passion fruit are balanced with a chewy, honeyed malt character. Hops: Ella, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo. Gluten free.
A mountain DIPA pairing a clean malt and oat base and using Verdant yeast to give a fruity and smooth background, with the piney, dank and tropical hop profile of a Westie. For the hops we used YCH Dynaboost Idaho 7, a concentrated lupulin boost of the juicy tropical, mango and pine aromas to kick us off. We dry hopped with YCH Cryo-Pop hop pellets, that bring juicy pineapple and grapefruit, and Krush, which brings stone fruit, berry and piney, woody dank character to the beer. To finish off we've got hold of some of another new innovation from the US with Brewgas, a newly available terpene derived extract from cannabis that will enhance the dankness to give a classic intense IPA aroma.
To celebrate our 1000th brew we filled the mash tun to the brim to get a big traditional IPA with good bitterness as a nod to the classic English style. Brewed with some four fantastic hops, Cashmere, Comet, Ekuanot and Mosaic. A proper grand IPA to mark a milestone in our journey, cheers!
