A cask Munich Dunkel (dark lager) using Munich, Vienna and Cara malts in the grist to give it a fairly sweet and deep copper coloured beer with a creamy white head. Bitterness and hop character are both low, and a long, slow and cold fermentation with lager yeast results in a clean refreshing lager-style ale with flavours of fresh toasted bread and a subtle herbal/spicy aroma. Collaboration with Neptune Brewery.
A heavily hopped, yet nicely sessionable hazy pale ale brewed using Simcoe hops. Full of big hitting citrus and stone fruit flavours and notes of resinous pine, with a moderate bitterness on the finish. Vegan friendly.
A super pale ale, incredibly light in colour, and glistening with Mosaic, Mosaic and more Mosaic. A juicy and piney showcase of our absolute favourite hop. Vegan friendly.
This hoppy pale ale knows a thing or two about subtlety. Great smacks of lemon and peach swoop in from above, gliding to the back of the palate for a graceful, well-rounded aftertaste. The perfect pale for a proper pint.
A complex dark mild with a robust nutty, caramel and coffee profile that punches beyond what you might expect for its low ABV.
Amber gold in colour, brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
Combining the smooth easy drinking nature of European hops with the fruity notes expected from their cousins across the Atlantic, we present Ilkley's Blonde. A soft malt body leading to a crisp, floral bite with a mandarin finish.
We've made a slightly lighter version of the classic Pilsner, with lower bitterness but more hop aroma from dry hopping. We've used a new hop variety called Loral from the USA; giving it a beautifully delicate floral nose, backed by subtle malt flavour from a selection of English and continental malts.
We've teamed up with Yakima Chief to be part of their Cryo Ambassador program. With these two West Coast IPAs we have showcased the subtle differences between T90 & Cryo hops. Each beer has its own nuance with its flavour profile but they share the same brightness and quality that YCH hops bring. Both beers are hopped with Talus, Citra and Columbus, presenting the classic West Coast profile we all love. Vegan friendly.
Saxby's Original Cider has been blended with plum juice to create a mouth-watering medley of mists and mellow fruitfulness. It's an eminently drinkable, fresh, crisp fruit cider that is great with spicy food.
A golden ale hopped with Lemondrop and Dragon. Great hits of lemon, tempered beautifully with tropical and berry notes.
A delicious Mosaic single hopped pale ale, vibrant tropical fruit aromas with bursts of blueberry, papaya, mango and passion fruit are rounded off with an enhanced grapefruit bitterness. Vegan friendly.
A black IPA. Our flagship beer has had a makeover to celebrate its 19th birthday! For this special batch we have added an array of dark malts to the brew to give this version it’s unique look alongside the classic Jaipur flavours. Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, Simcoe and Columbus.
A light and hoppy naturally hazy pale ale brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic hops. Vegan friendly.
I miss the pub, I miss taking the dog for a walk and just popping in for a pint and a quick catch up. This isn't a pub, but it is a really nice ESB, brewed with Heritage Chevallier malt and a hint of nostalgia.
