An old school idea with a modern twist. An amber ale bittered with classic hop Fuggles and dry hopped with Jester, a modern variety that completes this all English pairing.
Deep amber in colour, a malt base of toffee, caramel, biscuit and toasted nuts; intermingles perfectly with a measured hoppiness giving notes of tangerine marmalade and citrus with a lasting and supreme finish of grapefruit zest bitterness.
Amber gold in colour, brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
A super pale, easy going beer. Using Cashmere hops, these are intensely flavourful with a smooth bitterness. Brimming with tropical melon, pineapple, peach, coconut, and lemon-lime soda flavours, it's deliciously fresh for summer. And dry hopped with Jester for good measure!

A Pale Ale as prepared for India. Doug Odell founded Odell Brewing Co. with his wife, (Wynne) and sister (Corkie) in the late 80’s. Between them they set about creating some of the most revered beers in the burgeoning craft beer movement. We love everything the brewery stands for and were delighted when Doug asked if he could come and brew with us back in 2012. Together we created The Accomplice, a juicy American-style IPA that remains one of our favourites ten years later.
A pale, sweet and mellow beer, made from extra pale malts, and containing a high proportion of wheat to give a full-bodied and bready flavour. Only released in late 2021, Vista is a brand new US-grown hop variety, and here it is used both in the hopback and as a dry-hop after fermentation to give aromas of melon, papaya and peach. Additionally, lemon zest is added at the end of the boil, to create a refreshing citrus character.
