Extra Special Pale (ESP) brewed with soft and satisfying blend of malts, showcasing the mango and pineapple tropical fruit flavours of Amarillo, Idaho 7 and Chinook hop. Delicious!
This session strength IPA similarly packs a big punch of flavour, at a very non-violent ABV. Great balance of juicy and bitter, this is a very satisfying beer to enjoy in a party setting, be it in a big group or just with family and friends. Collaboration with The Mended Drum.
A traditional, bronze-coloured bitter, made with malted Maris Otter barley and crystal malt for colour and depth of flavour. Hopped with British First Gold and Golding hops, water, and our house yeast.
Our festival Double IPA hopped with Cashmere, El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic.
Hit that subscribe button. We couldn't do a single hop series without paying homage to the amazing hop wonder kid that is Citra. The malt base is the pillowy loveliness that you would expect from a Crop IPA layered with Citra at various stages, with Cryo Citra in the dry hop, so expect this to be lemon, lime and a touch of tangerine in your face.
The original Bristol Milk Stout with smooth chocolatey sweetness and balancing coffee bitterness with hints of dark fruits. This award winning national champion stout is a beautifully creamy, full-bodied stout.
New Head Brewer; Donncha Burke has give this recipe an overhaul. A clean, refreshing session IPA with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe in Whirlpool and dry hop. Nice citrusy finish.
Our first sour here at Crop. This is brewed with lactobacillus and Kveik yeast both doing their thing in the fermenter. It is then conditioned over 200g/l of fruit (blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. It's puckering, and refreshing and we love it. To be treated like adult Ribena.
Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
A perfectly balanced, refreshing, medium cider named after the rich red soil that gives our orchards their distinctive quality.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
A real apple cider infused with tart rhubarb and blended with vanilla for a smooth session cider.
Reveller is a celebration of Somerset! The generous apple aroma draws you into a crisp, refreshing cider with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish. The gentle sparkle enhances the flavours giving a light, moreish cider - less bubbles means more apples.
