Our interpretation of a moreish, hop bitter and aromatic single hop Citra cask pale ale.
A traditional, bronze-coloured bitter, made with malted Maris Otter barley and crystal malt for colour and depth of flavour. Hopped with British First Gold and Golding hops, water, and our house yeast.
Our most decadent Imperial Stout to date! Incredible heavy roast flavours and deep fruity caramels. One to savour. Zero adjuncts, an experiment in boundary-pushing and a true homage to dark malts. This is also the first release of our new series of beers which will fall under the banner of Brewing Folk. This project was created to celebrate the traditions and folklore of Cornwall and beyond. It will be running throughout 2023 as we aim to celebrate all the changing seasons.
A creamy, tropical, and punchy collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops! A festival of Cryo and T90 hops. A first for us, and a really exciting opportunity to team up with one the world's finest purveyors of all things dank, green and delicious.
This beer was brewed as a mixed fermented beer, where lactobacillus was co-pitched with Kveik yeast emphasising the delicate lactic esters. Conditioned over 240kg of pineapple and mango. Delicate citrus and mango followed by tropical pineapple.
New Head Brewer; Donncha Burke has give this recipe an overhaul. A clean, refreshing session IPA with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe in Whirlpool and dry hop. Nice citrusy finish.
This is our session strength Nitro Porter that takes inspiration from our flagship beer, The Porter. Creamy, smooth and truly sessionable. What better way to create an effortlessly drinkable dark beer than to brew it with nitro. The resulting creaminess and smooth mouthfeel balance perfectly with the subtle roasted notes of coffee and chocolate.
Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
Reveller is a celebration of Somerset! The generous apple aroma draws you into a crisp, refreshing cider with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish. The gentle sparkle enhances the flavours giving a light, moreish cider - less bubbles means more apples.
