Hit that subscribe button. We couldn't do a single hop series without paying homage to the amazing hop wonder kid that is Citra. The malt base is the pillowy loveliness that you would expect from a Crop IPA layered with Citra at various stages, with Cryo Citra in the dry hop, so expect this to be lemon, lime and a touch of tangerine in your face.

Our first sour here at Crop. This is brewed with lactobacillus and Kveik yeast both doing their thing in the fermenter. It is then conditioned over 200g/l of fruit (blueberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. It's puckering, and refreshing and we love it. To be treated like adult Ribena.

Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
