A cask-only creation, this Extra Pale Ale showcases the development of hops in the UK, with Jester offering punchy, fruit-forward aroma while maintaining the balanced character of more traditional varieties. Expect notes of hedgerow berries, peach and grapefruit. Collaboration with Five Points brewery.

We went big on the hops here with lots of Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus for a classic take on the West Coast IPA style. We went big on bitterness too, to balance out the malt body. Brewed in collaboration with West St Alehouse. Vegan friendly.

A dark coffee porter made with real coffee from Tilley Green Coffee Company.

Perfectly balanced with a complex bittersweet malty taste, fragrant hops and a characteristic long deep finish. A traditional Sussex style Best Bitter.

This single-hopped Mosaic pale ale is designed specifically for cask. We used a classic malt bill of mostly Best Ale Malt with a good portion of Extra Pale malt. We then whirlpooled 5kg Mosaic for a subtle bitterness and a fruity aroma. Finally, we dry-hopped with 10kg Mosaic BBC. All be it quite restrained hopping for us, this beer punches well above its weight.

Juicy double dry hopped pale ale bursting with Motueka lime, Peacharine stone fruit, and Nelson Sauvin white grape, layered over a soft malt body with vibrant aroma, smooth bitterness, and refreshing finish. Vegan friendly.

We call it our session lager with good reason: light on the palate, subtly hopped, with a sweet, biscuity malt finish. The Hawkstone Session is not just easy-drinking, but it's also incredibly moreish.

A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.

Sweet but not overly so, and based on one of your childhood favourite flavour combos. What's not to love!

This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.

Bright orange still cloudy cider made with single variety Dabinett cider apples. It's a still, cloudy delight that stands out with its bright orange hue, reminiscent of a mesmerizing sunset or the golden hues of autumn leaves. Each sip promises an experience as enlightening as Newton's discoveries, capturing the essence of natural beauty and scientific wonder in a single, refreshing drink.

This cider celebrates the connection between our orchards and hometown in the Weald of Kent. A beautifully balanced, bright and floral medium still cider.

Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.

Double dry hopped hazy pale with Citra. A single-hop celebration of our hand-selected Citra. Wyckoff Farms and Carpenter Ranches spent the year carefully cultivating these lots and we fell in love with the ripe berry character they both possess, alongside the signature orange-y zing. The profile expands through layers of sweet melon and an intriguing herbaceous haze. Boysenberry, Seville orange and honeydew. Vegan friendly.

A session cold IPA brewed to showcase the brilliance of NZ hops. A combination of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Rakau bring gooseberry, lime and apricot flavours to the table, all on a light refreshing and very drinkable base. Collaboration with Hop and Bottle. Vegan friendly.
