A new England IPA brewed with lactose, vanilla and Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops.
This DDH IPA is built over an extra pale grist featuring plenty of flaked oats, Fawcetts wheat malt and backed up with a dose of maltodextrin. Whirlpool hopped generously with Citra and a touch of dank Columbus to balance the sweet fruits, fermented with our favourite IPA yeast, and then double dry hopped with as much Galaxy as we could spare plus more Citra and some tangerine-like Amarillo to a total 28g/l. Expect lots of passion fruit and mango character up front, notes of lychee and peach and a lengthy citrus tang to finish. Collaboration with Dancing Gnome from Pennsylvania.

Our ever evolving New Zealand hopped session pale. Each year we brew this with a different hop combination.
Maris Otter and Munich and a touch of oats give this new beer a light orange colour, slight biscuit notes and a whole lot of body. We have loaded the whirlpool with El Dorado to give the juiciest of bases, with Ekuanot to lift and tie in to a massive citrus dry hop. Citra, Centennial and Mosaic thrown in the dry hop leads to a full bodied beer brimming with mango, papaya, grapefruit and every other citrus fruit you could ever need.
