The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! A classic style New England IPA, just a little lower in alcohol. Its relatively low bitterness is beautifully offset by a super high hop aroma, produced by dry hopping at 20 grams per litre with Citra and El Dorado. Fermented with a classic New England yeast.

Rascal's full bodied character comes from a choice of bittersweet apples including Redstreak, Dabinett and Tremletts, creating this medium dry cider's distinctive flavour.

We have blended our Somerset cider with an explosion of tropical fruits. Pink grapefruit, pineapple, mango and lime all combine to make this a succulent thirst quencher. Perfect for drinking on the beach and making you feel closer to the Caribbean with every sip.
