An amber beer with a tremendous aroma that will knock you socks off. We use an obscene amount of Cascade Hops to get the aroma. It's expensive to make but we just love it! It was originally brewed for the Pig's Ear Beer Festival last year, but it is still propular so we are still brewing it regularly. It hasn't won any prizes yet, but some say that it is only a matter of time.
A light, uncomplicated session bitter. Copper coloured with a bitter introduction, sweetish malt undertone and refreshing increasing bitterness.
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
The blend of hops, which includes Centennial, Simcoe and Citra, gives the beer a complex nature which is carefully balanced by a fresh, citrus aroma and light candyfloss notes.
