Our wonderful winter warmer. A gorgeous base of dark, chocolatey malts provides a comforting base, which is raised by an astonishing 5 different hop varieties to give it a unique and softly bitter, quenching finish. Perfect for those cold winter evenings!
One of our original recipes brewed since 1997, a pale ale with copious amounts of American Cascade hops. Wonderfully aromatic floral nose balanced by a gentle bitterness with a hint of sweetness. No wonder this beer has won the most awards of all the beers in our range.
Straw gold in colour, a balanced malt bill gives a great mouth feel and a finish that keeps on giving. Restrained bitterness followed by massive peach, pine and resinous hop flavours to keep you satisfied. A session IPA that's perfect for the end of the day (or the start).
Citrusy and tropical pale ale brewed with a copious amount of Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops in both the whirlpool and dry hop dancing across a delicious soft malt base. Vegan friendly.
We've taken the same base beer as the Fog but changed up the dry hop to add a new dimension to this double dry hopped hazy pale. Citra and Nectaron were used cold side and we utilised a new hop extract from Abstrax on top of T90's to amplify the aroma to 11. Peach, melon, pineapple and passionfruit pop from the glass. Hops: Idaho7, Simcoe, Citra, Nectaron T90 and Abstrax. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A delicious, chocolatey stout with a full, rich mouthfeel. Vegan friendly.
A gluten free pale ale brewed using the perfect union of hops. Sabro on the hot side and Motueka, Citra and Nectaron on the cold. A pint of Reboot is like diving into a hazy, golden sunset. It's deliciously thick and creamy. Every mouthful is an explosion of sweet, tropical fruits. The finish is crisp and perfectly balanced. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.
A medium cider with a light sparkle, hint of tannin, pleasing sweetness, fresh clean flavour, well-balanced blend with initial apple notes followed by more complex soft back note of tannin which give good structure. Honeyed sweetness from late season apples.
A more challenging cider for the connoisseur. Again, Dabbinett apples feature highly in the blend along with other traditional bitter sweets such as Harry Masters and Ellis bitters. Not so dry as to be unpleasant, just slightly sweeter to ensure a crisp balanced cider where all the flavors really shine through.
This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.
Rich deep gold coloured session ale with a fruity nose and hints of blackberry and cherry on the mid-palate and a very dry finish.
Version 2 of our festive beer. This edition is an Extra Special Bitter that has a wonderful caramel-copper colour with an intense, powerful aroma of toffee, liquorice, plum, damson, honey and biscuit. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
We build the flavour of this returning beer and by layering 9 different malt varieties to develop a complex and delicious stout. We increased our adjunct with this new edition and steeped the beer in cacao nibs, nougat and vanilla pods. We brew the beer using lactose - hence the 'milk stout' moniker, which gives the beer its velvety thick mouthfeel. This beer has buckets of character from the chocolate, vanilla and nougat, whilst remaining drinkable and not too sweet like a good stout should. Contains lactose.
Easy drinking American pale ale brewed with caramelised and crystal malts, and a triple addition of Cascade. Expect citrus, spicy and floral flavours, complemented by a subtle bitterness. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
Fresh and tropical pale ale with a light haze. Notes of mango with a soft bitterness.

A simple malt bill creates the platform for an abundance of juicy Mosaic hops to shine in this dangerously sessionable IPA. Dry-hopped with Amarillo and Chinook for hints of grapefruit and tangerine. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
Remember the excitement of reaching into a paper bag of sweets from the local corner shop? That's the vibe behind this hazy IPA - a playful brew that's a nostalgic nod to those classic childhood treats. Dry hopped with Talus, Idaho 7 and Strata. Vegan friendly.
A New England style pale ale. Plenty of oats and wheat in the malt base and hopping at all stages of the brewing - from the mash tun to the fermenter - mean a soft, cloudy, rounded, juicy, fruity and mega hoppy mouthful. Vegan friendly.
A fruity, full bodied, sessionable New England IPA, packed full of all American hops with distinct tangerine, tropical fruit and stone fruit aromas.
Pale ale styled after Fruit Salad.
Solero and Alora hops delivery passion fruit notes in this creamy hazy pale. Vegan friendly.
A ruby ale inspired by the rich, fruity flavours of a traditional Christmas cake, this limited-edition beer makes the perfect stocking filler! With deep notes of dark cherry and warm holiday spices, Christmas Cake is brewed to capture the cosiness and joy of the season. Vegan friendly.
A Munich Helles style lager that's low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
Near Pilsner straw colour from its minimal malt base of Floor Malted British Pale Malt, Carapils and Wheat Malt so as not to crowd a busy bright hop bill of Lemondrop, Galaxy, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops. We've packed this one out with a nose of lemon rind, passionfruit, grapefruit juice and fresh piney goodness that follows through to a silky soft, sessionable body.
An extra pale malt bill, oats and Vienna create a smooth body bristling with spikes of intense US Simcoe hops over a backbone of UK Jester hops. The result is a fruity, easy drinking, sessionable, light IPA. Hints of pine, grape, peach and grapefruit.
Sweet cider infused with tart raspberry rippled through with vanilla.
