Our flagship hazy pale ale is packed with citrus fruits, grapefruit and orange zest. Using two of our favourite US hops, Simcoe and Amarillo, coupled with a considerable amount of oats in the malt bill and fermented with our house yeast strain to create a full, smooth bodied and crushable pale. We planted a traditional cider orchard in 2012 and blend this fruit with the dessert and eating apples we get from our annual apple swap. Wild yeasts, lots of apples and some sunshine help make Silly Moo Cider a lusciously fruit forward and well-balanced tipple.

The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.

Tart, pink and delicious! A mixed ferm beer using British sour cherries macerated with a blend of fresh and aged saison at 200/l. Please note that the ABV varies for this beer, usually between 4.5-5.5%, but the recipe is the same.
