Our first lager, made with the same passion and creativity that we put into our ales. Using Saaz hops and Czech pilsner yeast and malt, we ferment for 2 weeks before 'lagering' for a further 6 weeks. The result is a refreshing, full flavoured Pilsner lager with a balanced, rounded taste.
Yellow IPA. We use BarthHaas hop blend 'Yellow Sub'. The Yellow Sub hop turns a fine and excellent hop aroma into a sweet, fruity Flamenco of apricot and orange, with a hint of blackberries, which makes this beer irresistible. Aroma characteristics - Sweet citrus and red berry.
A new cider in our range, fruity, apply aroma, well balanced finish. A light and very easy to drink medium cider.
A crisp, medium dry cyder with a delicate aroma and taste of fresh pressed apples.
A pale, refreshing ale with good citrus flavours and a crisp, bitter finish.
A quality old fashioned bitter. Dark amber in colour created by the black and amber malts used and hopped with the finest English hops to give you floral and blackcurrent aromas.
An unfined fruity session pale hopped with Simcoe, Oilicana and Citra. Formerly called Hazy APA. Vegan friendly.
Hugely fruity IPA dry-hopped with Mosaic for a sweet berry flavour. Using a base of US and European hops to create a stronger pale ale with the characteristic bitterness of a West Coast IPA we then added a lot of Mosaic hops after brewing into the conditioning tank. This dry-hopping creates a more pronounced hop profile in the finished beer.
Awaiting tasting notes from brewery.
Warrington Special Bitter, an English bitter with a typical malty base, Pioneer and Bramling Cross hops giving the beer a crisp and refreshing bittering with aromas of blackcurrant and citrus.
A light golden hoppy beer, the fruit and citrus is balanced with malty sweetness in this sessionable pale with pine and orange citrus towards the finish.
A dark twist on our IPA, the same perfect balance of zesty fruits, mild liquorice and black pepper but delivered in a deceptive black beer, with a final citrus burst to add to the mystery of this IPA.
A refreshing golden ale with distinctive bitterness and aroma.
American Pale Ale brewed with Pale and Vienna malts using American hops Willamette, Cascade and Simcoe. Pleasantly fruity with a fine hop bitterness. Hints of citrus, berry and passion fruit combine with a herbal and pine scent from an additional Simcoe and Cascade dry hop.
This is how an oatmeal stout should be - with a twist! A twist of orange that is. Brewed with lightly kilned dark malts for colour (but not too much roast flavour), to allow the orange notes from the Amarillo hops used both in the boil and dry hopping, to shine through. To further add to the fruit flavour, orange peel is added late in the boil! A deliciously rich and unique tasting stout.
A bold and refreshingly zesty pale ale bursting with the flavour of citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruits. Collaboration with Polly's Brew.
Moreish full-bodied copper ale with juicy malt flavours, a fruity aroma and a smooth bitter finish.
