A green hopped pale ale using Challenger hops picked on the Charles Faram HopWalk event in September 2024. Smooth with balanced floral characteristics, citrus flavours and a dash of spice.
A full-flavoured golden ale with a big voice. The elegant straw coloured bitter has a hint of sweetness which is complemented by subtle hop flavours leading to a dry finish. The nose of crisp fruit is apparent with a refreshing balance of taste, a bitter which is supremely consistent and full of flavour.
A light, golden ale. Ripe, tropical fruitiness on the nose, with a big hoppy taste and a clean, light bitter finish.
This hazy, hoppy pale ale is brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. American Citra hops provide a strong citrus aroma with notes of peach, apricot, passion fruit, lemon and melon. Mosaic hops are most known for their blueberry and tropical aromas, but also citrus and grassy characteristics, perfectly complementing the flavours from Citra. This beer has a light body, mellow bitterness and full on citrusy hop. Unfiltered in order to maximise its hop flavour - pours with a haze.
A sharp, full flavoured pale bitter. Bucket fulls of American hops, give it that lemony edge.
Butty Bach is Welsh meaning 'little friend'. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
Pale, hoppy, malty brew with a hint of sweetness before a dry finish.
A light coloured strong winter warmer. Brewed between November and March.
This ebony-coloured stout is surprisingly light, with an easy-drinking character, plus chocolate and blood-orange notes providing a distinctive flavour. Hops: Northdown. Collaboration with Nethergate Brewery.
Brewed in collaboration with cask beer legends Saltaire Brewery, we’ve collectively created a delectable golden bitter. Combining UK grown Opus hops with Waimea from New Zealand for a beer that holds notes of liquorice alongside soft citrus, with a clean, delicately lemony finish. Gluten free.

Like the Queen wearing dirty sneakers, it's traditionally British with a rock star twist of American hops, giving citrus and tropical fruit, a round body and a drink-me-faster bitterness.
Brewed with 100% Scottish grown barley malt and water drawn from the Brewery well, this deliciously-balanced, full-bodied stout offers a rich roasted coffee aroma with a smooth finish, with lingering hints of dark chocolate and liquorice. Smooth, deep and distinctive.
This is on the medium end of the dry cider spectrum and is distinctively (and variably) hazy rather than filtered to clarity. We feel that keeps it closer to the apple than commercially produced draught ciders. It’s a revival of the traditional style of cider we used to enjoy prior to the development of today’s national brands. It’s gently sparkling rather than gassy because we believe that makes it easier to drink and lets you taste the superb apple flavour.
Naturally cloudy thanks to the juice of the Jonagold apple.
This crafted Somerset cider is full of flavour blended from the highest quality apples, here at Myrtle Farm. A medium dry golden cider, with a smooth and refreshing taste.
Rye IPA that is rich, dark and malty with subtle spice and a bold citrus finish. Collaboration with Grateful Deaf Brewing. Vegan friendly.
A true to style strong and bitter IPA brewed with Centennial hops.
A pale ale featuring the big hitting trilogy of Amarillo, Simcoe and Galaxy hops for a vibrant and juicy beer with notes of tropical fruits and a hint of resinous pine. Well balanced and refreshing with a more-ish bitter finish. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
Brewed with a gently-kilned malt, and an aromatic blend of American hops added during the brewing process gives this 3.8% alc pale beer exceptional poise. Its distinct hop flavour leads to a crisp finish.
Hoppy pale ale with Galaxy and Columbus hops. Gluten free.
In September the Hobsons team head to Orleton Court Farm, Stanford Bridge in Worcestershire to collect freshly picked hops. Less than 12 hours after picking, the hops are brewed in our truly fresh and golden green hop beer. Brewed with freshly picked British Challenger hops.
This wonderfully refreshing pale session beer showcases the marvellous Mosaic hops from America. Bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a pleasant citrus bitterness. Just in case there wasn't enough in the initial brew, we have dry hopped with even more Mosaic for good measure!
