Packing its usual punch, this DIPA rolls in thick, soft and loaded with hop-laced sunshine. Dolcita, Mosaic and Citra do what they do best, turning the dial all the way up on fruit intensity. Think peach rings straight from the pick n mix, cantaloupe melon sliced ripe and juicy, and candied papaya dripping through a pillow-soft body that keeps everything lush and rounded. Vegan friendly.

We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing. We hope to have made a perfect summer bitter, let us know what you think!

Black and velvety as midnight, this is a well-balanced but complex chocolate stout. Deliciously smooth, made with our special recipe which include seven separate grain types. The rich bitter-chocolate taste is created using a complex mash of premium malts including chocolate malt, which derives its characteristic coffee/chocolate flavour and aroma from subtle roasting during the malting process.

A vibrant sour IPA built on a plush, double-oat base and layered with Citra and El Dorado in the whirlpool. Fermented with our beloved Lachancea strain, Philly, it brings a bright, tangy backbone. We loaded it up in secondary with even more Citra and El Dorado, plus wildflower honey, chamomile, lactose, and generous additions of apricot and peach puree. The result is a deeply expressive, fruit-driven IPA with complexity to spare.

English, Slovenian and US Citra hops give this crisp, fruity and refreshing IPA an Epic hop hit.

A blend of fresh and barrel aged beers with added British damsons for 4 months. This is tart and funky, with a little bit of underlying nutty complexity and absolutely bags of fruit! Please note that the ABV varies from batch to batch but is usually between 4.5-5.5%.

A lovely West Coast IPA first (and last) brewed in 2022. Back then, we took learnings from our West Coast style fresh hop beers, resulting in this punchy mother-daughter hop affair! Bitter, dry but smooth feels with masses of pine sap, grapefruit, tropical notes and dank. For this rebrew, we used Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hop varietals in both T90 and Cryo formats from this year's Yakima Hop Selection tour. We feel we've chosen some cracking lots, full of depth and complexity. Vegan friendly.
