A 2023 blend of Bisquet - a classic bittersweet apple - with Adam's Pearmain, Newton Wonder and Ashmead's Kernel - three delicious dessert apples - co-fermented and matured for 18 months. The resultant cider is glorious; the dessert apples wrap around the bittersweet flavours like a velvet glove. Their silky texture, delicate floral notes are a complement to Bisquet's easy going profile; with flavours of fresh hay, overripe kiwi, and a gentle finish. Seriously moreish.

Named after its home state, Idaho 7 has a really interesting hop profile bringing orange citrus, marmalade, juicy tropical and sticky pine. We have partnered Idaho 7 with a second American hop in the shape of Ahtanum, a sweet, piney hop. Our Rib Tickler Cider was created with The Rugby Players Association in a chance run in. From harvest and pressing to bottling, this project has been driven by professional rugby players from Exeter to raise vital funds for charity. With profits going to The Exeter Chiefs Foundation and Wooden Spoon this is a project that we’re very proud to support.
