Pouring deep mahogany with a creamy foam, this Black IPA fuses roasted malt character with bright, punchy hops. On the nose, expect rich coffee, dark chocolate, and toasted bread, boosted by waves of pine, citrus peel, and tropical fruit from a late hop hit. On the palate, the game levels up — smooth roasted malts, wheat, oats and Maris Otter malts are carefully blended to support a dark pint but create plenty of room for hops to shine. Layered Simcoe and Citra give depth of flavour with pine and citrus, perfectly balanced through traditional cask conditioning for a velvety, drinkable finish. Finishing dry, complex, and endlessly moreish, this modern, hop-forward twist on a dark style is pure endgame satisfaction. Collaboration with Elusive Brewing. Vegan friendly.

Step into the cosmic unknown with an IPA that ventures past the familiar skies and into the shimmering vastness beyond. Brewed with a stellar trio of Ella, Motueka, and Galaxy, this beer bursts with bright citrus, soft tropical haze, and a gentle herbal edge, like stardust swirling through deep space. Vegan friendly.

Indulgent, sweetly satisfying cider. Burnt umber in colour, dark, bittersweet, warming Libertine is a rich, tannic cider with unusual depth. Satisfying, exotic and grown up (but a bit on the fringes)....wild, radical, brooding and delicious.

This is our original and best selling cider. Wild fermented cider blends with freshly pressed apple juice to create a refreshing and fruity blend.

A sensational single variety Dabinett from the cool, rainy 2023 season. The vintage is a more mellow, tropical take on Dabinett than hotter years. The cider is soft and juicy, with gentle flavour and a very drinkable quality. Still recognisably Dabinett with good tannic structure, but more like apricot than bitter orange fruit character. Delicious!

Apple cider bursting with the flavour of mandarin oranges!

A next generation cider with big notes of fresh Kentish dessert apples, followed by a flourish of complex cider tannins. Slow fermentation of this special blend of dessert and cider apple varieties creates a deeply refreshing, medium dry cider for people who expect the beyond.

A distinctively fresh bittersweet, still, cloudy cider. Appley aroma with peaty undertones, this medium dry cider is just challenging enough to be easy drinking. A real taste of the orchard for those ready to embrace proper cider.

A rich cider steeped in local sloes and a hint of juniper.

Triple hopped pale ale with US varieties Columbus, Centennial and El Dorado for flavours of pink grapefruit, citrus rind and stone fruit. Vegan friendly.

Crafted like an American pale ale using Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops. The Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. This gives a tropical hop aroma, paired with the unique taste combination of these three distinctive hop varieties, making it both full in flavour and crisply thirst-quenching.

Our twist on a classic traditional mild, with a subtle lift from the addition of marmalade. Brewed with Amarillo and Goldings you can expect the style you know and love, with notes of spice and honey, perfectly complimenting the flavours of marmalade. Vegan friendly.

This New England IPA is our take on this modern classic. A huge malt bill that consists of extra pale Maris Otter malt, complimented by oats, dextrin and wheat malts gives it the body and ABV. The hops were carefully selected in order to get the tropical notes befitting of the style and the memory we have named it after. On the hot side, we have used Cascade, with Amarillo, Idaho 7 and Citra in the whirlpool. Then on the dry hop we have added a healthy dose of Riwaka, BRU-1 and Citra. Vegan friendly.

West Coast IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic. 10 years in the making, Pale Fire has gone super size giving some IPA oomph to the evergreen classic. Collaboration with Craft Beer Channel. Vegan friendly.

Inspired by one of our fastest sellers of last year, we proudly present our first core pale. Weighing in at a sessionable 5% ABV, but punching hard with lashings of dank Rakau and Sabro hops, this is a chewy tropical treat to keep you coming back sip after sip.
