Citrus pale ale with Citra hops.
A highly refreshing, very pale ale, bursting with hop character and a fine fruity aroma. Brewed with soft Lakeland water, Maris Otter malted barley and full flower hops - blending three traditional English hops and the modern American hop, Citra.
A malty Brown Ale with nutty, roasted and fruit notes and subtle spiciness from the rye malt. Fresh citrus flavours cut into the complex malt base from American Simcoe hops.
Smooth milk stout, brewed with an array of roasted malts and oats to give a full of rich coffee, chocolate and toasted flavours. Lactose, an unfermentable milk sugar, is added to the boil to balance the complex grain bill and give the finished beer a luxurious finish.
Our latest collaboration beer is with Huddersfield Institution Dixons makers of unique and delicious 'Milk Ices' since 1961. In homage to this favourite local treat we use Golden Promise, Crystal and Carafa malts to add light maltiness and colour and Pinhead Oats and Oat Malt are then used to give a smooth and velvety body. We then added lactose milk sugar before fermentation and a little premium Madagascan vanilla for a nostalgically sweet and milky flavour. Just like the Milk Ice, it’s a taste of its own.
An incredibly refreshing sour brewed with mango, passionfruit and pineapple, with the addition of lactose for a slight creaminess. Summer in a glass!
Only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used.
Unmistakeably GUINNESS, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.
A dry, fruity and refreshing saison.
Developed to showcase the amazing aromas and flavour of the Mosaic hop. You should be able to pick up blueberry, tangerine and papaya, with the addition of bittering hop Hallertau Blanc bringing lemongrass and passionfruit to the beer. It has a very pale malt base, with carapils and malted oats added to give a lightly toasted complexity and an enhanced mouth feel.
This wonderfully refreshing pale session beer showcases the marvellous Mosaic hops from America. Bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a pleasant citrus bitterness. Just in case there wasn't enough in the initial brew, we have dry hopped with even more Mosaic for good measure!
Reveller is a celebration of Somerset! The generous apple aroma draws you into a crisp, refreshing cider with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish. The gentle sparkle enhances the flavours giving a light, moreish cider – less bubbles means more apples.
