A fresh West Coast pale, inspired by some of the OG's of the craft beer scene. This beer pours with a touch more golden colour than some of our recent offerings, with a nice malt backbone also offering some balanced sweetness. A collective of vibrant American hops cut through with piney, floral and citrus notes.
Only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used.

Developed to showcase the amazing aromas and flavour of the Mosaic hop. You should be able to pick up blueberry, tangerine and papaya, with the addition of bittering hop Hallertau Blanc bringing lemongrass and passionfruit to the beer. It has a very pale malt base, with carapils and malted oats added to give a lightly toasted complexity and an enhanced mouth feel.
Reveller is a celebration of Somerset! The generous apple aroma draws you into a crisp, refreshing cider with a tangy note of freshly squeezed lime in the finish. The gentle sparkle enhances the flavours giving a light, moreish cider – less bubbles means more apples.
