This full bodied American IPA is light gold in colour and brewed using fine American hops. Despite its fruity nose and bursts of citrus and grapefruit flavours.
A crisp and sessionable golden ale. Well balanced malt also provides the coppery bronze colour. Tangerine and grapefruit comes from the use of East Kent Goldings, Cluster and Liberty hops. The finish is crisp and clean.
Oats, oats more oats! A soft, smooth and luscious mouthfeel with notes of rich chocolate and roast.
The Pilsner style sits right at the top of our list of favourite lagers. Ours is a classic Pilsner; full of the finest Saaz hops, German malts and the best Bavarian lager yeast. We ferment it slow and steady to give it a beautifully refreshing and perfectly crisp finish. Previously known as Pilsner. Certified gluten free and vegan friendly.
Our core pale ale is a delicious, hazy, juice bomb of a beer, balanced with enough bitterness to keep drinkers clamouring back for more. A baby version of our universally-popular Spur IPA; Floret is positively bursting at the seams with peach, mango and pineapple notes backed up with pithy orange peel bitterness from its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill. Vegan friendly.
A berry sour. Version 1 used two berry purees, Version 2 pumps it up to three - raspberry, strawberry and blackberry - amping up the fresh fruity aroma and initial flavour. The delicately sour finish, complete with coriander and pink Himalayan salt, remains the same. Vegan friendly.

Blackurrant lemonade style still cider. This tart and fruity glass of purple is a blend of wild fermented cider, fresh apple, blackcurrant and lemon juices. A refreshing alternative to overly sweet fruit cider.
A fruit-forward blend of wild fermented cider, fresh apple and red grape juices. The tartness from the cider, sweetness of the apple and dry tannins of the grapes create layer upon layer of flavour and bring a fresh fruity cider with a dry finish.
Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.
