A "one off" brew to celebrate the brewery's 25th birthday.
Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US and NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker. Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing and low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.
A traditional IPA brewed with the classic English Admiral hops. Golden in colour, it is both bitter and sweet.
A dark ale with a ruby red colour, the aroma has a sweet scent of strawberries combined with a smokiness and a soft, rich taste.
Cracklin' Rosie is a 4.5% perry - made from 100% pressed pear juice. It is a medium perry and the taste is fine and delicate - it is light in colour with a very slight green hue.
A blend of Warrior, Cascade, Columbus, Crystal and Chinook by the sack full - then dry hopped during conditioning using our 'Hoptimizer' (industrial sized hookah).
Sweet milky vanilla stout with a hint of coffee against a dark rich malt.
The yeast strain used for the brewing of this American style pale ale is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. SERIOUSLY FULL OF HOPS.
A straw coloured beer brewed with 100% Boadicea hops. Delicate fruity flavour, strong but subtle for its strength.
Full bodied and full flavoured, Hophead is our mothership. Hoppy and golden with a distinct floral aroma and mighty elderflower hit from the Cascade hops. A stellar session beer.
A gorgeous copper colour, brewed with 100% Goldings hops. The initial burst of hop is followed by a pleasant caramel taste that makes this ale dangerously drinkable.
