Multi-layered, Wilde Child take, on this classic style beer. An Irish stout made using roasted barley, brown malt and chocolate malt for added drinkability with a good balance between the sweetness of the malts and the bitterness of the hops.
This beer is an exact clone and pays homage to the first ever all grain beer that Wilde Child's owner produced on a homebrew scale back in 2011. A simple grain bill of pale and wheat malts backed up by the winning combination of Cascade and Citra hops equal one perfectly sessionable beverage.

For Mild Magic this year we've gone a little bit left-field with our delicious first offering: black cherry mild! It's a complex little number with 6 different malts and a high proportion of oats in the mash bill to make the beer silky smooth in the glass. At 4.3% ABV, and brewed with Bobek, Willamette and Columbus hops it's a refreshing style which will lead nicely into Spring.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
Golden bitter with some hop and fruity aromas. Touches of honey and citrus begin the taste. Malty sweetness arrives but quickly gives way to a bitterness.
A delicious golden ale, well bodied with a good dry finish from Goldings and Harlequin hops.
Our signature beer - a pale bitter with a citrus aroma and a hoppy citrus finish.
This golden coloured ale boasts a grain bill featuring 6 different malts, which together provide a full flavoured yet not overpowering foundation for vibrant American and New Zealand hops. The majority of the hops are added late in the boil to keep the aromatics fresh, fruity and floral and the bitterness moderate. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
One of our longest serving beers, Maverick IPA is American in style and multi-national in hop content (mostly US with a touch of NZ). Lightly caramelised malts provide the central core, but the American Cascade is the main attraction bringing bold grapefruit and floral aromas to the beer, which finishes with a clean, refreshing bitterness. Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Summit, Azacca and Cashmere. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A hoppy blonde IPA hybrid, drawing on the best of both styles to create a real crowd-pleasing beer. Amber and crystal malts included in the purposefully delicately flavoured malt bill give a blonde with more depth, onto which we layer full flavoured Cascade, Columbus, Citra and Comet hops. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A rustic tan coloured beer with floral qualities and delicate citrus notes.
A rich deep golden strong ale. The high level of alcohol is complemented by increased bitterness and the fruity hop finish is derived from a combination of Fuggles, First Gold and Cascade hops.
Fruit wheat beer which is hazy in appearance due to the high percentage of wheat malt in the recipe and has light raspberry aromas and taste. It's a perfect beer for lovely sunny days and evenings, it's got us all excited for summer.
A well balanced session pale ale brewed using Summit and Amarillo hops; a solid bitterness and healthy malt backbone combined with flavours/aromas of orange, lemon and grapefruit.
A delicious amber ale. Tradition with a twist! Good up front bitterness gives way to a modern style hoppy finish from the use of Cascade and Goldings. A final flourish from a modest dry hopping with Chinook hops.
