Pale ale hopped with Motueka and Kohatu. Vegan friendly.

A light blonde ale with tropical and pine notes from the Simcoe hops. An easy drinker.

Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it's the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree.

Our ideal IPA wasn’t on the menu, so we made it. Resisting piling up a variety of hops like toppings on a burger, we held the pickles and did things our way. Sandwiching together light malts, clean Cali ale yeast and early harvest Simcoe hops.

Using a combination of the finest, characterful hops we could find, Hawkstone IPA is a treat for the senses. With bursts of tropical and citrus, and richness from the malt, it's perfectly balanced with the hop bitterness that runs through.

We call it our session lager with good reason: light on the palate, subtly hopped, with a sweet, biscuity malt finish. The Hawkstone Session is not just easy-drinking, but it's also incredibly moreish.

An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.

Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.

Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.

An IPA using American hops Cascade, Centennial and Columbus with a malt bill that adds a strong Belgian vibe. Vegan friendly.

A hazy Australian IPA that we've packed with fresh Ella, Galaxy and Eclipse hops for a really smooth fruity flavour. Brewed with the Norwegian Kveik yeast strain.

Limited edition keg fest bier! A slow and cool fermentation helps release delicate fruity aromatics and floral, herbal and tangerine notes before a clean lemon finish in this specially brewed Fest Bier. Munich and Lager Malts help things along. Hops: Olicana and Opus (both UK).
