This Cold IPA has its origins in the West Coast IPA style and ours is no exception with a solid malt backbone and a big dry hop with 100% British hops. The difference comes in fermentation where we use our house lager yeast at a lower temperature to give the beer a crisp, dry clean finish but still with the amazing hop character you’d expect in a West Coast IPA.
