A new to us single hopped ale using Nectaron hops from New Zealand. A rich golden ale with aromas of citrus fruits, with strong elements of nectarine and hints of mango. A lovely tart bitterness and short sharp zesty finish. This lives up to its name. Gorgeous!
Our distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost. This beer is mainly about hops but we have given it a malt backbone to balance the beautiful tropical fruit aromas.
A light and fresh American Pale Ale that is both floral and citrusy with a hint of grapefruit.
Full flavoured amber ale with toasted nutty malt, stewed apples and pears, balanced by earthy hops and a dry finish. This is a richly flavoursome beer that definitely packs a punch.
Finest Maris Otter malted barley is supplemented with a dash of Crystal malt for balance. Our hops are a blend of four different local varieties, to give a distinctive hoppy finish.
