Inspired by fond memories of German Christmas biscuits, this amber coloured spiced ale is full-bodied, biscuity and rich thanks to Munich and Melanoidin malt from Bamberg, as well as a touch of spicy Rye malt. Moderate bitterness and a berry fruit hint comes from British Bramling Cross hops, with a warming winter spiciness from a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and cardamom.
