Single hop pale ale featuring Citra hops. Part of our Engine Shed Project range.
One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of pale malt and American Cascade hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness.
Malty nose combined with delicate hop aroma. Very smooth on the palate, maltiness dominates joined with subtle pear notes from the hop. Lightly sweetish but unmistakable finish.
A dark mild with an aroma that will tantalise with notes of caramel, toffee and chocolate followed on the palate with an array of deep rich malt flavours and dark fruit.
A single hopped Citra pale ale. It explodes with a fantastic tropical fruit aroma, giving way to guava and ripe citrus which burst through on the palate with a beautiful bitter and sweet balance.
A long-time favourite for Thornbridge drinkers, and one of our earliest recipes, Brother Rabbit is our core golden ale offering in cask. We use a fantastic Norfolk malt which gives a great base to the beer and a lightly resinous character, the hops present a fantastic, punchy, lemon flavour with grassy hints.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
A crisp, light and refreshing session IPA, brewed from pale, wheat and oat malts. Thirst-quenching and moderately bitter, hop aromas of citrus and tropical fruits come from generous quantities of Mosaic, Ella and Vic Secret added to the kettle and as a dry hop.
A recirculated wort cooling process in the hop back, three stage dry hop process and a soft water profile makes Session IPA a modern-style juicy and hoppy pale. Upfront hop aromas grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit give way to a juicy and more-ish flavour with a soft bitterness. Hops: Simcoe, Ahtanum and Columbus.
A light and zingy go to IPA. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA. Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Mosaic. Vegan friendly.
A 1:1 mix of ripe Dabinett bittersweet apples and very ripe Conference pears which were milled and fermented together. So therefore this is a "Pider". We decided to experiment a little with this ferment and use the QA23 cultured yeast rather than the wild yeast ferment we normally use. This has left a level of residual sweetness which suits the lightness of this pider from the pears and the soft light tannins from the cider apples.
Medium dry cloudy cider, mellow and rounded with the flavour of slowly matured bittersweet cider apples. Apples from a single years harvest, slowly matured and spends time in our oak aged vats.
A medium cider.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.
A dry cider made with mixed desert apples and Harry Master's Jersey Bittersweet apples with a wild yeast co-ferment.
A medium cider made from local and Hereford's bittersweet cider apples.
Our famous Rattler Original without with fizz! It's still cloudy, it's still cyder and it definitely still bites! Slightly cloudy in character, it is a young, light, tremendously fruity and refreshing cyder with a distinctive bite.
A medium cider made with mixed desert apples and Harry Master's Jersey Bittersweet apples with a wild yeast co-ferment.
A medium still cider made from a blend of apple varieties.
Made from apples of a single year's harvest, all sourced from within 50 miles of our cider mill in Herefordshire. This draught cider is bright golden in colour, and slowly matured to ensure a rich and characterful aroma. A refreshing medium-dry, sparkling cider that is smooth and rounded in flavour.
