Moderately hazy and golden in colour, with initial aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit zest and light caramel. Your tastebuds will be met with a light bitterness, a smooth mouthfeel from the cask carbonation, and a slightly sweet flavour. Combined this with citrus pith and pine created by the addition of Idaho 7 and Simcoe in the hop bill. This easy-drinking pale ale will go down a treat.

Brewed with Sabro to bring all those coconut, lime, and ripe tangerine notes to the fore and dry hopped with Citra for that old school citrus note. Using Sabro with our bespoke LA3 yeast strain means that the opaqueness of this beer is off the chart; looking and tasting more like a breakfast juice than a beer. Thick, juicy, pulpy, and straight up delicious.
