Golden full bodied malted beer with a light, fresh hop bouquet. Rounded malt in the mouth with strong hop balance, deep bittersweet finish.
Full bodied black stout. We use lots of oats to give a good mouthfeel and dark malts provide lots of backbone with toffee and caramel tones. Final gravity is 1013 giving an element of sweetness to balance the bitterness from the roast malts. This is a very easy drinking stout.
A pale ale single hopped beer. Multiple additions of Citra hop provide an aromatic beer with a grapefruit finish on the palate.
A deep amber ale with malty tones shining through while being medium in bitterness and low in sweetness.
A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.
Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.
A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
A rich deep golden strong ale. The high level of alcohol is complemented by increased bitterness and the fruity hop finish is derived from a combination of Fuggles, First Gold and Cascade hops.
A delightfully refreshing golden beer. Lightly hopped with subtle sweetness, a delicate citrus aroma and a gloriously golden colour. Hops: Magnum, Tradition and Hersbrucker. This is a keg beer served through a handpump. It is not cask conditioned ale.
A full-bodied, dark brown, strong ale. Slightly malty but with hints of roast coffee and liquorice. A smooth caramel overlay and a complex fruitiness leads to a bitter chocolate finish.
This is an ultra pale, hoppy IPA brewed with pale malt, oats and wheat. Late hopped with Equanot and Galaxy then double dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra giving lots of tropical fruit flavours.
