This easy-drinking ultra pale ale is based on a particular style from Cologne, Germany. It has a lager malt backbone which is cold-fermented with ale yeast, giving it a pale straw colour. We have then dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and mandarin zest to give a juicy citrus aroma and a clean, fresh finish. Delicious!
