Pale gold with aromas of zesty lime, satsuma and passion fruit and a dark fruit taste with a hint of spicy lemon zest. Old and New Worlds combine for a unique brew. We teamed up with New Zealand Craft Brewers the Yeastie Boys for this contemporary re-imagining of our 100 year old recipe.
A drier, golden brew with Cascade, Centennial and local Surrey hops. Hoppy with strong citrus and floral notes on the nose. Light in body, with well-balanced hoppy and citrus flavours.
A superb golden coloured ale, brewed with English pale Ale malt and using only the finest English aromatic hops. A full flavoured beer with a delicate hop character, makes this beer ideal for the demanding, modern beer drinker.
At 4.5% abv, this Pale Ale has a good assertive pithy bitterness and a malty backbone. It is brewed with a selection of malts: Pale Ale, Rye and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.
