A golden beer with a rounded bitterness, caramel and spice on the palette, and a hoppy aroma. A fine session ale.
A well hopped American style Pale Ale, using Chinook, Endeavor and Jester, which gives a good amount of grapefruit and pineapple on the nose and palate, This is balanced by a strong malt back bone and a good bitter finish.
Complex mild perhaps not in the traditional sense but we like our beers hoppy! Ruby coloured, coffee, chocolate aroma with hints of dried fruits and sour cherry leads to a soft yet full roast flavour, fruit and malt vying with the rounded hoppy bittersweet finish. Not only for the mild fanatics but the bitter lovers too.
The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry.
An Old English Ale. A dark, full flavoured beer, brewed to acknowledge the legend of the Chobham Treacle Mines. Burnt toffee and liquorice on the nose, caramel and dark fruits on the tongue.
Join us on our cask-only voyage of Citra-fuelled chill. No dry land, or dry hops ahoy, just miles and miles of pale, bright, open waves. Hops used Citra, Cascade and Magnum. Brewed with traditional London Ale yeast for extra malty smoothness. Vegan friendly.
