A zesty pale ale with a smooth and citrusy finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Caragold and Wheat malts, with Pilgrim bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops.
Full bodied and distinctive, it’s a strong premium ale with an ABV of 4.1%. Mid-brown in colour, malty and fruity on the nose with a balancing hoppy note. The delicious malt and fruit character emerge even more intensely on the palate with a long, lingering and malty finish.
Probably our favourite hop currently, Idaho 7 is a beautiful balance of sharp tropical fruits and some more old school pine and resin notes. We added a touch of Bru-1 for that wonderful fresh pineapple zing and sprinkling of Mosaic to round it out with a bit of savoury and dank. It’s initially sweet on the aroma and taste, but finishes with a lovely pithy sharpness which is what we are looking for in these beers at the moment.
The 15th iteration in this series. For this beer we have experimented with a new hop product from Yakima Chief – Cryo Pop! Hopped exclusively in the whirlpool with Cryo Pop Original Blend and dry hopped with Citra and Cryo Pop Original Blend, well a fruity banger ensues!
All the hop character of an India Pale Ale, crammed into a low abv beer. Mosaic hops take centre stage in this recipe.
Session IPA hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe to bring you flavours of pineapple and grapefruit.

Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
Our shining light, glowing with juicy tropical fruit notes. Hoppy aromas of mango and pineapple guide you towards explosive flavour, flashes of delicate citrus highlights and refreshing balanced bitterness. Our epiphany of a session beer drinks with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and pours with a beautiful light haze.
The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!
East Anglian malt and Goldings hops combine for a crisp, refreshing lager that’s full of flavour. A modern classic, straight from London’s back garden.
Unmistakeably GUINNESS, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.
Our core session IPA with a strong line-up of Mosaic, Citra, Ekuanot and Motueka hops combined to produce an intensely tropical-citrus hit. It’s inviting orange hue speaks of what’s to come.
Cider infused with the exciting taste of grapefruits! A truly fruity blend of cider!
Made with 100% fresh English apple juice without a single drop of concentrate, this London Cider is freshly pressed at Westons’ mill in Herefordshire, and then skilfully blended by Guy to create a medium dry, ripe apple cider.
A juicy New England IPA full of Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
Our flagship Faith is a tribute to our beloved hops, in particular the unique US variety Citra. No other hop comes close to the intense mango and orange citrus notes that Citra delivers, which we back up with a touch of Mosaic for its deeper tropical and berry notes and Columbus, delivering just a touch of dank pine and black pepper to add another dimension to this flavoursome but easy-drinking New England style pale.
This bold DDH pale ale was brewed to toast the site of our new brewery at Morden Wharf, Greenwich peninsula.
Pale malt provides the base, Carapils added for body. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra and Vic Secret in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Citra and Vic Secret. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
This New England-style IPA pours with a pale orange glow and heavy haze. Brewed with Amarillo and Centennial, this modern pale ale unveils heady aromas of orange peel, peach and subtle floral notes. A soft and pillowy mouthfeel builds into flavours of candied orange, sweet peach and a subtle piney finish. The resulting beer is balanced, full bodied and bursting with a complex and juicy profile.
