Originally brewed during Hop City 2018 with US breweries Other Half & Equilibrium, Infinity Vortex instantly became the stuff of legend. Starting with a 7.4% fluffy base of Pale, Wheat, Naked Oats and Flaked Oats, we used Citra for a mid-fermentation dry hop, followed by two additions of more Citra, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Mosaic Cryo, bringing a perfect harmony of tropical juice, citrus fruit, and pine from our then-biggest dry hop addition ever.
A dense, rich and luxurious stout, even more so this year with the smooth, thick drinking nitro edition. Hand-roasted cacao nibs give hints of tamarind and soft lemon, along with a beautiful chocolate baseline. The malts provide coffee and roast notes in abundance, while the hop profile adds orange and coconut flavours. Spinning on Cypress wood is the icing on the cake - offering lightly toasted vanilla wafers and delicate tannins, balancing the inherent sweetness of the beer.
Collaboration with Garage Beer Co, Barcelona, Spain. A mash up between two sessionable beers that are important to both breweries: Steady Rolling Man and Triangles. We’ve met half way on many aspects of the recipe and tweaked here and there to ensure a harmonious balance results. Popping with lots of mango, pineapple, lime and orange surrounded by pine needles from being hit with Mosaic, Bru-1, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Amarillo. The flavour follows in a suitably fruity fashion held together by a creamy body that isn’t too sweet allowing top pintability!
This big clean and classic IPA is a real delicious treat. Charged full of Mosaic for those punchy citrusy and piney notes, Simcoe for the ripe stone fruit flavours and Ekuanot for that zesty, pithy. Brewed with the finest Caramalt and Cararuby malts for nice sweet toffee underlay. Lets just say you'll want every last drip of this golden beauty.
A sour beer with an exotic blend of fruits and a touch of lactose to cool your mind, and whisk you to tropical places, like what you see on a fancy lifestyle advert for shampoos or posh ice cream or something.
A pale gold bready lager, crisp, subtle citrus hints and a smooth clean aftertaste. Dead. Good. Lager!
Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
Our shining light, glowing with juicy tropical fruit notes. Hoppy aromas of mango and pineapple guide you towards explosive flavour, flashes of delicate citrus highlights and refreshing balanced bitterness. Our epiphany of a session beer drinks with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and pours with a beautiful light haze.
East Anglian malt and Goldings hops combine for a crisp, refreshing lager that’s full of flavour. A modern classic, straight from London’s back garden.
Unmistakeably GUINNESS, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.
Our core session IPA with a strong line-up of Mosaic, Citra, Ekuanot and Motueka hops combined to produce an intensely tropical-citrus hit. It’s inviting orange hue speaks of what’s to come.
Made with 100% fresh English apple juice without a single drop of concentrate, this London Cider is freshly pressed at Westons’ mill in Herefordshire, and then skilfully blended by Guy to create a medium dry, ripe apple cider.
This is an amped-up version of one of our all-time favourite beers, Caribbean Chocolate Cake brewed in collaboration with Cigar City Brewing. Even more hand-roasted cacao nibs, even more lactose, even more bottled indulgence. This is the big one.
White stout made using bourbon maple chips and maple syrup. Espresso gives us a touch of bitterness to balance out all the inherent sweetness in the beer, at the same time adding back in some of the roastiness that the more heavily roasted malts would normally provide. Contains lactose.
A stout inspired by the Mexican Mole. Chilli and chocolate is a classic combination, and we’ve opted for using Ancho, Pasilla and Guajilla varieties. Further layers of mole come in the form of spicy, cinnamon notes of Amburana, nutmeg and vanilla. We’re also using an experimental HBC472 hop, known for its barrel aged and vanilla character. Contains lactose.
A low-alcohol beer that actually tastes like beer! An unfiltered lager born of Bavarian spring water, Pilsner malt, Hallertau hops and a single-use yeast. Take a sip to discover biscuity malts and a smooth citrus hop finish.
A NEIPA turned right up to 11 in collaboration with One Drop from Sydney. With the playbook in the bin, we've cooked up a combination of YCH Cryo Pop and Sabro Cryo to assault the whirlpool, we've open-top fermented a thick base of multi-stacked oats and chit with our in-house L3 Yeast Blend before loading an unholy amount of fresh Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Nectaron hop oil into our dry-hop. At over 22g/L, and employing a multi-staged hop burst approach, expect a stubborn long haul of hop character that stays with your one long after liquid gold has laced the lips.
Supremely dark with an off-white head, full of oats for a smooth mouthfeel that is enhanced by the addition of 100 oysters to the boil. The traditional roast flavours are counterbalanced by mineral tanginess provided by the fresh oysters.
Gentle and balanced, Helles uses the same pilsner malt blend as Keller Pils, and is gently hopped with Magnum, Perle and Tettnang.
