Hand-crafted by our master brew crew. We've added a barrel load of new world Cascade and Chinook hops and light Crystal and Vienna malts to deliver a sessional and refreshing IPA with a zesty twist.
Wonderfully dark and delicious ale brewed with black, dark crystal and Munich malts for an overall biscuity malt with a hint of toffee. Hopped with UK hops Olicana and Jester for a fruity finish.
A session IPA, sweet stone and tropical fruit aromas marry mandarin citrus hoppy flavours. Pouring straw gold, with a touch of wheat for body.
A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.
A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
Our Lager takes its inspiration from the German style of lager, Helles. It has a sweet, malty flavour balanced with a light aromatic hoppiness that makes it very refreshing. We use Naked Golden Oats to make our Lager. Naked Golden Oats are grown without husks so that even more sweetness and flavour can be extracted from the grains during brewing.
This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
Originally called Cairnpapple, this classic Alechemy recipe has been renamed Ritual. A well-balanced light coloured refreshing IPA with a floral aroma leading to a lingering citrus taste. Hops: Tettnang and Cascade.
A simple, well balanced ruby ale. Smooth, malty and sweet, good body with plenty of hoppy aroma - not so dark, not so strong, not so bitter - just right.
