Perfume-esque aromatic pale, hints of rose, apricot kernel and tropical fruits, together with peppered semi -sweet spices. Dried fruits and honey also appear alongside a smidgen of bitterness.
IPA with full malt flavours. Bursts of hop fruit from Chinook and Nelsons Sauvin. Dry hopped with Cascade and Nelsons Sauvin for a tropical finish.
All hail the mighty Simcoe hop! Master of big tropical flavours, and one of our personal favourites to brew with. To brew this brand-new Simcoe DIPA, we used Simcoe T90 and Simcoe Cryo Hops from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops. We’ve found this year’s Simcoe to exhibit big tropical flavours and less piney notes, making it the perfect hop to showcase in a DIPA.

A wheat beer for those who love outstanding wheat beer flavour the undisputed classic in the Erdinger product range. Brewed according to a traditional recipe and in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way taking three to four weeks to mature.
