This russet-brown-coloured pale ale has aromas of peach, pear and orange which continue into the flavour, complemented by a hoppiness which is balanced by malty depths, and a bitter finish.
As the name might suggest, Tarka Four is lower in alcohol than Tarka Lager, 4% compared to 4.8%. This makes it a fine 'session' lager designed for drinking several pints, whilst chatting with friends in the pub.
