Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

First brewed in 1998, reborn in 2025. It takes its name from a traditional style of porter brewed in 18th?century London. Pouring dark mahogany with a creamy tan head, it delivers fruitcake and chocolate aromas, with raisin, coffee, and molasses flavours. A medium body and dry finish complete this quietly complex, historic porter, crafted for today.

A dry, still cider made from a blend of apple varieties. Farmhouse Draught at its finest made from a variety of home grown apples fermented in wood. This is a traditional scrumpy.

Our golden girl is a medium fruity cider with a gorgeous delicate hue. Made using 100% cider apples, from our very own Herefordshire farm, Lily has an intense fruity nose and is gently sweet on the palate. Lily's subtle balance of fresh cider apples, candy apple sweetness and light body makes for a very easy drinking and quaffable cider.

The distinct flavour and aroma of Dabinett cider apples really comes through producing a slightly sharp cider with a dry finish.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

Our ever-evolving cask pale ale showcases a new single hop each month, delivering a fresh twist every time. Brewed with a pale, wheat, and oat base, and Barbe Rouge hops bring festive red berry and subtle stone fruit flavours, perfectly balanced with a hint of winter spice and a touch of caramel sweetness.

Passengers in steerage class lapped up the luxury that the Titanic embodied, in first class however the opulence literally enveloped them. This beer uses the choicest ingredients, carefully selected, to create a magnificent golden brown beer, hoppy yet balanced to offer a taste of luxury to the bottom of the glass.

A traditional porter made from a blend of the finest Maris Otter, Chocolate and crystal malts. then Muscovado sugar and Molasses are added to provide a Rum finish to the rich Coffee and dark Chocolate base. English hops are used to enhance and balance this complex malt character, resulting in a supremely quaffable beer. A beer to help you through the depths of winter!

We invited Theakston for a special collaboration and together we’ve brewed their unique Masham ale, using the very best English malt and Fuggles hops. Fermented on our famous Burton Union set, this version of Masham ale is deep amber in colour, with rich aromas of dried fruit and cinder toffee and boasts a well-rounded, smooth finish.

A velvet smooth stout with deep flavours of roasted malt, subtle caramel and lashings of dark chocolate. Using the finest Golden Promise malted barley grown to Timothy Taylor's exacting specification, complemented by chocolate malts to deliver an easy drinking, creamy finish. This session IPA is heavily hopped with Citra and Chinook, producing huge tropical and citrus notes, carried by a soft, velvety malt base of pale malt and torrefied wheat. Respire is bright and incredibly drinkable, making it perfect for the pub garden as summer rolls around.

A traditional dry stout brewed with roasted barley and balanced with chocolate malt for slight sweetness.

This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.

A traditional mild brewed with pale malt, roasted chocolate, oats, crystal, wheat and East Kent Golding hops resulting in a rich sweet full bodied mild.

A rich and moreish, ebony coloured Irish oatmeal stout. The symphony of roasted barley and dark malts deliver cappuccino and mocha flavours on the palate, and are complimented by the clean bitterness of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, leading to a velvety, dry finish.

Brewed with Bramling Cross hops, this barley wine boasts deep layers of dark fruit molasses and warming alcohol. Rich and full bodied, its bold malt base is lifted by the hop's signature notes of blackberry and subtle spice.
