Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

This session IPA is built for the full 80 - bright citrus on the nose, a juicy tropical break down the wing, and a clean, crisp finish that begs the next pint. At 4.1% it keeps your head even when the ref doesn't. Brewed to celebrate the Six Nations.

An incresingly dry, hoppy, bitter finish complements the spicy, citrus character of this full-flavoured and well balanced amber beer.

A long-time favourite for Thornbridge drinkers, and one of our earliest recipes, Brother Rabbit is our core golden ale offering in cask. We use a fantastic Norfolk malt which gives a great base to the beer and a lightly resinous character, the hops present a fantastic, punchy, lemon flavour with grassy hints.

A crisp, sparkling sunflower gold ale with a striking hop profile. Dry and refreshing with a long citrus aromatic finish. Hops: Citra and Amarillo.

Pale straw coloured refreshing session ale with a delicate gooseberry flavour and aroma. Gluten free.

The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.

English style cider. Dry, and smooth tasting.

A bright and juicy pale ale that showcases the expressive nature of the Citra hop. Clean, refreshing, and packed with tropical fruit and citrus flavours. The malt backbone is light and clean, providing just enough balance to let the hops shine through.

A dry hopped pale ale. This time we've used hops from three different countries – Australia, New Zealand and the US. We love how the citrusy lime zest and grapefruit pith from Cascade hops balance perfectly with the red berry and tart gooseberry notes from Enigma and Nelson Sauvin.
