We've not scrimped on the hop content and have double dry hopped with Ekuanot and Mosaic giving hazy explosions of almost creamy, fresh, ripe mango with notes of juicy melon and tangerines. Unfined and unfiltered for a visually thick and perfectly pale NEIPA.

A brand new super pale session brewed with Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial with a generous dry hopping of Nelson hops for good measure. The results are zesty fresh lemons and a waft of sourdough on the nose with mouthfuls of lemon meringue and refreshing citrus hits on the palate. Served with a slight haze and left unfined and unfiltered (vegan friendly).
A premium strength European IPA brewed from pale, wheat and a small quantity of German beech-smoked malt. The smoked malt imparts a subtle but distinctive aroma, which does not overpower the hops. Bitterness is moderate, but generous quantities of Styrian Dragon hops added at three stages of the brewing process and then as a dry hop result in a particularly aromatic IPA with citrus, herbal and tropical fruit characteristics to the fore. To celebrate the re-opening of our industry we wanted to create something that would tempt those high repeat sales at the pumps. Hermit Crab of Hope has a high hop-content for a session, with large doses of Simcoe and Ekuanot in the boil and the fermenters. The results are a pale golden, dry hopped session that delivers clean lemon and citrus flavours with floral notes and a soft bitterness. Easy.
