Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.
A zippy pale gold ale, hopped with Centennial and Cascade to give sherbetty sweet aromas and flavours reminiscent of fresh tropical fruit - the miles will fly by.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
Light, hoppy and bitter. Brewed using a standard pale malt and crystal malt mix with Goldings and Fuggles hops.
An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.
A malty multiple-winner of CAMRA's Champion Premium Beer of Britain, our much loved XXXB is what you'd call an English tawny beer. Just like the first batch we crafted in 1978, it's brewed with four malts and three varieties of hops, for a deliciously spicy, fruity and biscuity flavour.
Full bodied and distinctive, it's a strong premium ale with an ABV of 4.1%. Mid-brown in colour, malty and fruity on the nose with a balancing hoppy note. The delicious malt and fruit character emerge even more intensely on the palate with a long, lingering and malty finish.
A cask Best Bitter using the finest Maris Otter from Simpsons Malt and paired with heritage crystal malt, Fuggles hops and an English yeast, this offers the classic malty and sweet notes to compliment the floral and earthy Fuggles hops. Vegan friendly.
