A genuine premium beer, pale brown in appearance with a deep rich taste. Full bodied with a clean, bitter taste, balanced with a sweet burnt, malty and fruity notes with a distinctive dry-hop aroma and flavour.
A copper coloured Best Bitter with a rich, nutty malt balanced by the dry herby flavour of English Fuggle hops.
Black and velvety as midnight, this is a well-balanced but complex chocolate stout. Deliciously smooth, made with our special recipe which include seven separate grain types. The rich bitter-chocolate taste is created using a complex mash of premium malts including chocolate malt, which derives its characteristic coffee/chocolate flavour and aroma from subtle roasting during the malting process.
Crisp Somerset cider infused with heavenly Elderflower which creates this refreshing an luxurious clean delicate cider. Floral hints above the apple notes give a unique taste.
Our golden girl is a medium fruity cider with a gorgeous delicate hue. Made using 100% cider apples, from our very own Herefordshire farm, Lily has an intense fruity nose and is gently sweet on the palate. Lily's subtle balance of fresh cider apples, candy apple sweetness and light body makes for a very easy drinking and quaffable cider.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

This fresh and fruity medium cider is made from apples collected from RG postcodes blended with Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey bittersweet cider apples. Hand-picked and pressed in 2020. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.
Amber gold in colour, brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
With it's pale blonde colour this is a modern-style distinctly flavoured ale. Made with three varieties of organic hop, it has a refreshing slightly citrus taste.
