A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower and lemon. This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, freshness of the lemon and lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew.

A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.
This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
Our Lager takes its inspiration from the German style of lager, Helles. It has a sweet, malty flavour balanced with a light aromatic hoppiness that makes it very refreshing. We use Naked Golden Oats to make our Lager. Naked Golden Oats are grown without husks so that even more sweetness and flavour can be extracted from the grains during brewing.
Wandle's broodier brother. A nod to our local train station, Junction is a rich, premium bitter. Sweeter than Wandle it is brewed with Maris Otter Pale with a dose of crystal and roasted barley with Challenger, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops.
An IPA conditioned twice for extra body and flavour. Three types of New Zealand hops were used in the dry hop stages to showcase the true citrus and fruity tones. Hops: Magnum, Nelson Sauvin, Archer, Nectaron and Riwaka.
On the nose is a combination of passion fruit, mango and lychee. The taste is light bodied and initially sweet but beautifully balanced with a long lasting bitterness.
A pale straw colour. Refreshing citrus flavours dominate the palate with hints of Brioche and fresh bread, giving way to a clean refreshing hoppy aftertaste.
