Inspired by the effect of once maturing our cider in red wine barrels which gave the cider a distinct pink colour we created Pinky. The barrels no longer impart colour so we now add the wine directly to produce a cider with colour and depth of oak matured red wine.

Well rounded classic English bitter made with Challenger, Progress and Goldings hops.

An IPA built on a Mosaic leaf base, finished with the latest "cryo" CGX T90 El Dorado dry hop, carefully selected to capture the hop's most vibrant aromatic character. Expect layers of ripe tropical fruit, juicy stone fruit and bright citrus, balanced by a gentle bitterness and smooth malt backbone. Naturally conditioned in the cask for depth and character, it's a fresh, flavourful pale ale that showcases both the ingredients and the craft behind every pint.
