Premium British malts and hops combine in our celebration of an iconic ale style. Crystal and chocolate malts produce a vibrant copper hue and a light yet rich, creamy caramel body that's then paired with a carefully selected blend of floral English hops for a delicate fruity aftertaste. The iconic flavour of our house yeast is the perfect accompaniment to this wonderfully balanced bitter. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Our most hop-forward beer in almost two decades of brewing. We began with a brand new blend of pale malts which provide a soft, clean base for an octet of the punchiest, most vibrant American hops in both leaf and pellet in the whirlpool, followed by a double dry-hop during and after fermentation. The result is a blast of herby citrus zest flavours and aromas, paired beautifully with the smooth yellow haze in our first unfined cask ale. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
