It's a lot to ask, but their reincarnation as this life-affirming IPA makes their sacrifice worthwhile. Double dry hopped with Wolf (Slovenia), Citra (Yakima Valley) and Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand) hops for luscious and complex overripe mango meets lemongrass overtones. This cask exclusive is a crisp, classic crusher with a modern twist. A touch of Cara and Munich malts lay down a smooth backbone with the resinous pine-led hop profile. Dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe and Nectaron, expect waves of grapefruit, bright citrus and tropical fruit, all wrapped up in a satisfyingly bitter finish. Collaboration with Left Handed Giant.

Over a third of a tonne of gooseberries gave up their classic tart and tangy juice, before being blended with soft and sweet Golden Delicious apple juice, and vinous and rich Bramley and Russet cider, an absolute delight for the summer.

Tnitially blended for the Evening Star pub in Brighton, they were after a strong, dry cider with all the wonderful wild qualities that we had become known for. Blending our strong wild fermented cider with a hint of sweet apple juice gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep.

A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
