Brewed for the summer evenings when we down tools for the day and retire to the beer garden. This bright, golden ale is a blend of lager malt, Cascade, Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops with a late infusion of elderflower. Fruity, aromatic and deliciously refreshing.
Pale golden ale with citrus fruit aromas. Mouth-watering flavours of grapefruit and peach, lead to a crisp bitter zesty finish, to be enjoyed time and time again. Brewed with Citra, El-Dorado and Cascade hops.

A superbly-balanced, refreshingly-lively beer. It has a malty-sweet aroma with a floral, fruity hoppiness and a zingy, zesty flavour. Complex, rounded, sweet and dry; this is the connoisseurs' session beer par excellence!
A traditional style of ale typical of the East of Scotland. A superb classic with a deep copper hue and light bronze creamy foam. 80/- is brewed using Belhaven yeast and allowed to ferment at a slightly higher temperature. This delivers satisfying malt flavours and layers of soft fruit with a toffee finish.

Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.

This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
£3.10 pint
A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.
A mild brown bitter with a good balance of malt and hop character give a pleasing session drink. The finest pale ale malt (made from Maris Otter barley) is blended with torrified wheat, invert sugar and a small amount of roast barley, to ensure consistent colour.
The perfectly-paired combination of wheat malt and lager malt is our secret sauce for this ‘Champagne of Lagers’, providing an elegant head, luscious lacing and crisp palate. A lingering, fresh grapefruity finish from whole, pressed hop cones tops it off.
Gold coloured beer with a pleasant lemon, white grape and slightly bready nose. Taste reflects the nose with some astringency as the hops kick in.
Refreshing blond beer, Galaxy, Cascade and Summit gives exotic fruit flavours.
