By controlling the temperature of the kettle and adding a generous amount of New Zealand Cascade (Taiheke) and Chinook we were able to achieve a delicate bitterness and a clean finish. You will get hop aromas of grapefruit and spice balanced off with sweet honey malt character.

Brewed with a little help from our friends at the North West Beer Appreciation Society we brewed this session IPA packed to the gills with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro and Motueka hops for a citrus, tropical and floral profile with a low bitterness to let the fruit shine through. Vegan friendly.
