
Brewed with a little help from our friends at the North West Beer Appreciation Society we brewed this session IPA packed to the gills with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro and Motueka hops for a citrus, tropical and floral profile with a low bitterness to let the fruit shine through. Vegan friendly.

A red ale made with Pale, Amber and Crystal malts and American hops, characteristics are biscuity dryness from the malts and hints of grapefruit from the hops.

A dry-hopped pale ale. Layers of US hops are set against a backbone of British malts, so what this beer lacks in strength, it makes up for in character. Look out for fresh flavours and aromas of pine, peach, lychee and citrus fruits, tempered by a smoothly rounded bitterness to leave you wanting more.

Using our legendary skills in blending fruit with our fantastic cider we have come up with this pineapple delight. in this fruity fusion pineapple juice is paired with our crisp somerset cider creating this exciting fresh flavour.

This expertly crafted cider combines the crisp, refreshing essence of apples with the deep, rich flavour of ripe blackberries. The result is a perfectly balanced drink that delivers a delightful sweetness, enhanced by the subtle tartness of the berries.

A cask conditioned bitter boasting a distinctive golden colour brewed under licence by J.W. Lees. It pours with a luscious creamy head and offers a malty, moreish character with hints of caramel and toffee. The bitterness is gentle, balanced by a smooth body and finishes crisp and refreshing.

This is our New England Pale Ale, a sessionable beer packed with all the flavour of a modern classic. A full and fluffy mouthfeel assisted by the presence of malted oats, combined with a progressive, well considered dry hop. Expect hits of pineapple and coconut from the Sabro hops, and a clean finish from our American yeast strain. Vegan friendly.

This cask pale ale showcases one of our favourite hops from the Yakima Hop Breeding Programme. Ekuanot hops bring a unique flavour profile with notes of citrus, berry, papaya, lime, and hints of green pepper. Vegan friendly.
