All Seasons Porter - We wanted to make a porter that could be enjoyed all year round and this is it. Coffee, chocolate and caramel yet still light and quaffable!

Our session ale is brewed with an all pale malt bill and then hopped with a blend of New Zealand and US hops. Our benchmark beer promises a burst of zesty aromas, uplifting grapefruit flavours and a subtle lemongrass finish.
Originally called “Cairnpapple”, this classic Alechemy recipe has been renamed “Ritual”. Ritual is a well-balanced light coloured refreshing IPA with a floral aroma leading to a lingering citrus taste.
A truly classic Stout. This beer is brimming over with rich roast malt and roast barley flavours, complemented by a complex, bitter blend of traditional hop varieties.
A golden dry ale, with slight fruit tones and a moderate bitterness. Fresh hop cones are added in four stages to contribute a more complex character, resulting in an easy to drink ale that offers refreshment with a little extra spice.
A distinctive golden lager that is brewed with Guinness yeast, Irish barley and the best of hops from both Australia and USA – Galaxy, Topaz, (AUS) and Mosaic (USA). It has a sweet fruity aroma, with hints of Apricot and Peach, and subtle malt notes breaking through. On taste, Hop House 13 is full flavored while still being crisp and hoppy (but not bitter) with a refreshing clean finish.
